Its such a treat and a pleasure to hear Shashi talk and answer questions. We in India feel proud to have authors and politicians like Tharoor. Parenting and childhood mentoring does make a huge difference.

Amazing politician. One of the most holistically educated guys we have in our political system. He must have more power than he does. All India needs are political parties which solely appoints/endorses candidates on the basis of meritocracy. AAP is taking a step towards it.

I have been an ardent follower of sri shashi taroor. I happened to be from the same district where his legacy resides.. His eloquence often makes me think as to how one can acquire such level of gift of the gab. I am a left leaner, yet I like sri taroor and his stance on many issues. I wish there were few more such people in our political ecosystem

Just a little nit: Hinduism should be about acceptance, but not just accepting someone else's truth claims as an acceptable truth, for that is just gullibility, it should rather be about the acceptance that people have the right to their own pursuits of truth and epistemology.
