He speaks simple English because he knows that he is speaking to the students. If he uses his original talent to speak, even British people search in the dictionary to find out the meaning of what he says.

I am from Pakistan and whenever I watch him I just can't stop myself praising his sheer talent and humbleness. He is such a kind person, while answering he never looked down on students who were impatient and shaky he kept on his composure and cool and answered in detailed manner. Absolutely agree with you. The difference between Prime Minister Modi and Dr. Shashi Tharoor, is like day and night! Mr. Tharoor is an internationalist in his thinking, a lover of humanity in all its diversity, whilst Modi is totally out of touch with Reality regarding the present state of worldwide thinking of: " We are All One Human Family and should learn to live in Peace and Harmony with one another! Modi's desecration of Hindu Sacred Scriptures with his crazy ideas of " Hindutva ideology" will put India in the same category of Afghanistan, as well as other countries that refuse to accept and respect our differences in every aspect of our varied values and beliefs! I see you have written nicely here unless you don't have a group of friends or someone to speak regularly you will always have fluency issues, And will always have mind block try to have a friend who you could have normal conversation in English and other best thing that you could do is read good English daily...thats it...buddy you are good go...the reason why i am suggesting is because i had the same issue so unless you dont overcome fluency you may very know the language but confidence is what you will always lack so just focus on these tips.
