Congratulations!! 🎉That is just such great news, Ali!! I had my appt last week and my Doctor was thrilled with my weight loss but my thyroid TSH was low and I am having hair loss. So she is keeping me on 5mg until we get that under control. My a1c went from 6.8 down to 5.2 which surprised me!! My weight loss has been steady with 1-3 pds a week but this week I gained 3 pds! So frustrating but we will move forward and keep on working at it! Thank you for sharing your amazing update and also for all that you share with your followers! We so appreciate you!!! ❤ And goodness, Kevin is just the sweetest! 🐕❤❤❤❤

Congratulations. Maybe you will get to do away with High Blood Pressure Meds. My doctor told me that was a possibility. Also who knew. Mounjaro has subdued my hot flashes. Loving that positive side effect. Wonder if any others on the med have noticed? I've been dealing with that for years as well as being diabetic which runs in the family. Anyway congrats to you. I've been on my journey going on 10 weeks on 2.5..and feel fantabulous as you. Love your informative videos.

Allie, what are your thoughts on alternating between Zepbound and compounds. Having trouble getting my Zepbound every month and I use Fridays for compound. Is it okay?
