ڈاکٹر صاحب السلام علیکم آپ بھی بالوں سے محروم ہیں تو بالوں کے لیے کوئی حل بتائیں کہ سفید بالوں کو کیمیائی مرکبات سے رنگنے سے بال خراب ہو جاتے ہیں کوئی تیل دوائی جو استعمال کرتے رہیں تو بال رنگنے کی ضرورت نہ پڑے ریسٹوریا نام کا میڈیکڈٹ تیل آتا تھا آج کل کوئی نیا آسان حل؟

Dr please add to inform in your videos following points 1 Do intermittent fasting at least 8 /16 window in starting for beginners 13/11 window means 8 hours eating 16 hours without eating just drinking water,green tea and black coffee without sugar 2 Do exercise in empty stomach then you will loss fat fast 3 High intensive workout I hope this tips will help for fast fat lost

My age is 54 years. I had 3surgeries. Gall bladder, apandix, uterous removal. I was very fit . But since 2017 i am facing high bp n ibs problem. My weight was ideal since 2011. But now I m gaining weight. I am doing walk in the morning. But these strict exercise is little bit difficult.
