If that Red Seal is a 226 it will fit in many, many early 50's vehicles. Willys Aero,Jeepster and wagon,Kaiser, Frazer and Checker to name a few.

Clean Up these old Cars and Trucks - most will go for Scrap - very interesting seeing those old Models - shame most are JUST Scrap - but hey - that's how the Scrap Ball Bounces ! Brilliant Video and many Cheers from us in Australia !!!!

The upsidedown wagon was a 51 _ 53 Ford woodie wagon. The sedan is 53_54 Ford sedan I am 72 yrs old and remember these cars when on the road. I love your videos. Greetings from CT!

The 4 door Ford is a 54, you can tell by the side trim silhouette. Those wire wheels are worth decent money, even rough.

You can put an old Ford 3-speed transmission will work on that forklift give it a try it's worth it that's a neat looking all forklift

That old Ford woody, the upper portion of that tailgate is a very hard part to find. Bet that would fetch a nice price for you! Any of that moulding thats salvagable would sell well too.

That was a 68 firebird you loaded up. The side marker lights on the quarter panels were 68 and up on all vehicles, and thr firebirds were the same body style as the 67’s. there is 1 year only with no marker lights.

The woodie was a late 1950 or 1951 with the steel tailgate. Most probably a 1951.

Another great adventure Silas. The old woody was a cool car in it's day. To bad it was not cared for but given the 2 door early 50's Ford car was last licensed in 1964 that kind of explains the condition of them. I have to say working with your dad is a great time. Lost my dad in 1975. I do as much as I can with my three adult sons so they will have the memories I didn't have. Until next time

Hey Silas, great job as always. Really wishing you wasn't so far away from southern Indiana. I'd be all over the GMC truck as a whole truck. It would be a great truck with some modern drive train and the old patina look. Keep up the good work buddy.

Really did like the old 50ish GMC flat bed. A friend took one and put it on a newer 4x4 frame from the 80's. Looked really cool.

You always get the cool stuff just don't see clean ups like that here not in a long time. That green square body has a nice grill I believe 73-74 only that's worth some dollars well here in my area anyway. Thanks for the vid

There wasn't much left of the 68 Firebird, it was stripped of all good parts. That Ford at 10:40 is a 53 Ford Customline 4 door sedan. The upside down wagon was a 49 to 51 Ford Woody wagon too far gone to save now.

LOL! Didn't even recognize that "Camaro/Firebird" on the truck (5:25-mark) until I saw the rectangular holes in the rear for the tail lights. Friend of mine from H.S. drove a candy apple red '68 Firebird. Since that one was near-mint and this one had a question of, "Will it hold together?" attached, the condition of that candy apple red one was "just a little bit better" than the white one on the truck. Hahaha!!!!!

1967 Pontiac Firebird, or it used to be. The station wagon is a 1949-51 Ford woody. 1951 was the last year that Ford used wood for its wagon bodies.

67 Firebird. I'd run the tags on it (if it has any) before I crushed it but I agree there really isn't anything left, maybe one quarter could be used on a stock car body but that's it. Looks like somebody else used it for a sheetmetal donor. 8:42 is a Ford woodie wagon, 49-51. Looks pretty bare. Now the roof on that Plymouth, the channel Weird Beard Auto Sales he's working on one just like that and his had the vinyl on longer and rotted it out. But not many guys do much with those for it to be worth cutting off. I've had a '40 Buick coupe for sale for literally 15 years and can't get any interest in it.

It's a toss up for me between the old GMC truck and the old school fork lift. The fork lift though is a marvel of engineering.

Yep, they think they can get restoration price for a vehicle that probably needs $10-12 k worth of parts and labor ...then somebody passes away and the family junks it or it just rots away...bet those firebirds just rot away😞 the worst thing that happen to classic or antique cars was "cash for clunkers"

The last video. My grandfather had a 46 4dr dodge Plymouth it was originally tan. He had it repainted with letting stencil for his fishing lake on it. If had 1,200 dollars would have bought the one you got. The California chnio lowe riders or make a good gangster car out of it. You don't see those old cars much

That wagon you thought came from a river,is a '49-'51 Ford Woodie. The side panels are gone. Where the wood would have been. Rare car today. I again wish you could sell that old Jimmy whole. The car that was upside down , I think was a '67 - '68 Firebird.

Great saves! I hear you on the selling for scrap for more than someone will give you for it. Happens to me all the time also. Funny thing though, I watch Mr. Goodpliers also and they will pay the 1000.00-1500.00 for the same one at auction! Funny, isn’t it!😁

If i still had the passion that I have now and were wealthy enough plus young enough, I would pay you to let me work there and do stuff that I would like to. You take that gmc truck you just unloaded, it either has the 270 or 302 engine an parts on it make me lean towards the larger on... my personal favorite was the 270. Unless there are some really well hidden problems, I would have it running very good in a short half hour ... and thats if its a oil burner with low compression. I was a one name man known in most all towns in alaska. I could just about make anything run again. I really did like fabrication an so when I see old rigs that have been repurposed, it just wakes something up in me

Great content as allways silas I remember something samey as that old forklift in an old yard in the early 80s most of there stuff was vintage even then there car crusher was a huge block of steel dropped from a crane the yard is still there i think . The old gmc is awesome mate is the bed shortened tho .

That shell is a 49-51 Ford "woody" wagon. All the wagons those three years were 2 doors only.

The 4 door Ford is a 53. If it's automatic, the rear-end is a 3:31 so it would be worth pulling. If it were mone, I would probably just junk the motor. It's 1000 lbs of cast iton, and since it's been sitting with no hood for that long, it's no good. The rusty 2 door I belive is a 52 or 3, so the fender from the 4 door would fit on it to make a wall hanger. The wagon is a 49-52. Shame it's so far gone, but there is use for it other than just looking at

Isn't that the truth, before I lost dad to cancer and most of my hand to a table saw accident..we restored classics and built restomods in the Boise area, for customers that wanted just a nice daily driver .. no trailer queens .. so many ppl ..instead of selling while you could do something with it ..no they'll let it rot away ..had 1 guy tell dad he was gonna hold onto a true woody until the price got better, lightening hit his barn and the woody went to ashes😞 how'd that work out for you Sir.🤔
