The correlation between the Old Gods and the Evanuris makes so much more sense, since it was mentioned that the two Elven Gods to be released by Solas will be Elgar'nan and Ghilan'nan. The Elven pantheon locked away makes so much more since as the Tevinter Old Gods. Dumat (old god of Silence) was Dirthamen (elven god of secrets/knowledge). Dumat whispered secret knowledge to Corypheus to enter the Black City aka the Blighted City of Arlathan. Zazikel (old god of chaos) was Andruil (goddess of the hunt). She put on armor made from the void, went mad, and Mythal had to deal with that situation. Toth (old god of Fire) was June (elven god of Craft). To me it makes sense, for the weapons that June created. Andoral (old gods of Slaves) was Falon'Din (elven god of Death and Fortune). Mentioned by Solas in What Pride had Wrought, "Falon'Din's vanity and desire for worshipers was so great he started brutal wars to gain more, killing all who would not bow to him. Only once Mythal rallied the other gods and they attacked Falon'Din in his own temple did he surrender. Urthamiel (old god of Beauty) was Sylaise. At the Temple of Mythal there is a Codex Entry, "Song to Sylaise." In sounds just like a love song saying how beautiful and perfect Sylaise is compared to any of the other Elven Gods. Razikale (old god of Mystery) is Ghilan'nan (Mother of Halla/God of Monsters). In the novel Horrors of Hormack. Ghilan'nan's "research facility" where she created mysterious monsters just sounds like a good fit for myself. Finally, Lasacan (old god of Night) is Elgar'nan (elven god of Vengeance). In Dalish legends, when Elgar'nan was created the Sun became jealous and burned the lands to ashes. In retaliation, Elgar'nan threw the sun down from the sky, and only later relented because of Mythal's intervention. He was convinced, with her help, to restore his father to the sky on the promise that the sun would set each night. With the aid of Mythal and his parents, Elgar'nan remade the world. So it only makes sense that to me that Elgar'nan is the bringer of night. Glad to see more content from you. You have been missed!

Always bugged me that they talked about Ages being 100 years long when they start at Year 1 and end at Year 99, I wondered if there was something I just wasn't getting. Good to know it's just them not nailing down basic details of the setting.

Not Excited at DA:V like i was for other DA games, despite being a fan for so long. Will have to wait for reviews and to see a full playthrough on stream before even buying. Notably i wanna know if player have a choice in who companion romances when it comes to romance between companion. Nobody ever answered that question, in every comment i've posted so far, not even on reddit, or on the multiple youtube comment i've posted, nor was it mentioned in the Q&A as far as i know. Removing a choice like that, one that would be so important to a lot of people feels wrong. Just waiting to see if they included that possibility. If not im not buying. And mind you, that comes from a fan who own all 3 previous game and pre-ordered them with digital deluxe edition each time and played them all at release from beginning to end multiple time and who still goes back from time to time to play through them again, even to this day. In the meantime, i'm playing others franchises like Nioh, cyberpunk, etc. Stuff that i played through back in the day or never finished in favor of playing bioware game whenever they released. I missed so many good games in favor of playing bioware games over and over again. I'm just praying to god this one will be a good game, but bioware has lost my trust and i will need to see more before even giving them a chance to earning my trust again. For now, i'm waiting to see more, and its just so sad that a darling of the industry not having the trust of such a core fan such as myself and many others, but hey its just tough love, i want them to be better and to do better, but its hard to do with both preview we've had so far and not so many details on romance between companion. Man, i wish nothing but the best to bioware, but god they make it hard to wanna be excited for DA:V. For now, what was once excitement has been replaced by apathy and that's not good.

So I made this comment on the post before the reupload but, hey… Can we consider Lyrium use as a form of Blood Magic? It IS Titan blood, after all? And if it IS Blood Magic, doesn’t that make the Southern Chantry MASSIVE hypocrites for making their Templars ingest the stuff and allowing the mages to use it while they persecute Blood Mages? It’s almost like the Chantry is governing magic with zero knowledge of that magic.
