The start of the song reminded me of when walking around Ostagar from DAO, and I love it.

I feel a lot of wonder yet concern in this music. Like something beautiful yet ominous is happening.

If it’s true about Hans Zimmer, I’m very excited. It isn’t going to be easy to fill Trevor Morris’ shoes but I’m hopeful. For me, inquisition has one of the best video game soundtracks ever, and in Descent & Tresspasser, Morris absolutely cooked; it’s disappointing that we’re not going to get his follow up soundtrack but I thought the same about Inon Zur not returning.

Inquisition has one of my all time favorite musical sequences. Glad to see Veilguard won’t disappoint🥲

I hope that a leitmotif of the Inquisition and the Lost Elf theme will still be heard in the game soundtrack at some point, cause it has a dear meaning to the fanbase and it's important to tell the stories through music so it would be really really dissapointing to not hearing the continuation of these 😢

The MUSIC is SO GOOD! It has shades of darkness, melancholy/sadness, awe, magic, and threads of hope woven through it. It really is beautiful. And I love how much it reminds me of the theme/intro melodies of DAI. It is truly like a continuation.

As a music nerd, this song does so many things to my brain 😭 I cannot WAIT for the music of this game, D'read Koda and this have been just perfect!

I watched that countdown live; the crescendo at 3:06 when the timer was seconds away from the trailer's release gave me CHILLS

It evokes a sense of loss, grandeur and mystery all the while portending an impending gloom. Purple, the theme colour, complements this. A perfect score to kick off what is sure to become an unforgettable journey.

This song is beautiful. Hearing it on the countdown of the gameplay gave me so many feels. It’s so melancholy and fantastical but then becomes whimsical. I need to hear this in the actual game!!! (I can see it being played over a character death……..)

First thing I will be doing when the game comes out is buying the soundtrack. DA series soundtracks have always been great. This reminds me of walking through the forest in the first game and meeting the Lady of the Forest along with the emerald groves ost or was it the Exhalted plains hmm❤

Im so intrigued on who they got for the music this time. someone jokingly said Hans Zimmer but honestly if they did, i'll go insane

This sounds much more like Dragon Age than the music for the 1st non-gameplay trailer. No disrespect intended to David Bowie, but that wasn't the right choice of arrangement for a DA story. This, I feel more secure with.

The music in DA:I was soooo good! The soundtrack was great and I still listen to the songs from the tavern on Spotify. Both in German and English. I hope that the music in the new part is at least as good.

This music reminds a lot of Lilith’s “break the chains..and be beautiful in sin” -line from Diablo 4. Like desperation and temptation👀😎😌 Sounds awesome and I can’t wait to listen the whole OST🎉✨💜🙏💯

The music holds me even if the game isn't earth shattering, like everyone I want to see how it ends even if the saying 'its not about the destination but about the journey' is fact. I have yet to read any fantasy book or series that is my favorite.

Really reminds me of the His Dark Materials soundtrack in some parts. Makes me thing the soundtrack is more Lorne Balfe than Hans Zimmer.

Having recently completed a Mass Effect Trilogy run, the beginning and some of it sounds a lot like parts of the Mass Effect soundtrack, but it very much could just be the brass instruments since the game used a lot of those in the soundtracks. But this is just making me want time to go faster so that I can play this game! Until then I'm going to replay all the Dragon Age games as many times until it comes out! Responsibilities? What responsibilities?!

Reminds me of Mass Effect 1, in a good way. Lol that's my favorite series with Dragon Age a close second. Both series have good music but DA definitely wins!

I'm betting 100% that it's Hans Zimmer. It's very much his style, especially the beginning of the track, which sounds a lot like 'If You Love These People' from the Man of Steel soundtrack.

A massive step down from Origins sadly. That game has amazing music and is easily identifiable, whereas this sounds way too generic.
