assists arent outdated they just need to be used on less notable units, its honestly a solid way to integrate different tags onto a single character, without having to be forced to make a tag unit specifically.

It definitely looks more like a recoom with guldo assist and a jeice/burter tag unit. instead of two tag characters. Jeice/burter purple comet ability looks like a ultimate ability and the recoom explosion just looks like a blue card ability.

Honestly I think they could make LF Ginyu really funny and toxic. But that Gohan during the Recoome and Guldo animation got me thinking, Jeice and Burter were fighting Krillin, maybe also a tag Gohan and Krillin maybe? OMG THEY DID THE SEIZURE PROCEDURE! Also, I think that animation for Tag Jeice and Burter is an LF, considering tag characters don't have ultimates. They do an animation for a super attack and then pull back, charge up, and start spinnin. It's either an LF or a REALLY long blue card.

I'm leaning more towards an assist style character for the ginyu force units since both ginyu force characters show up in the blue card animations and I don't think any tag charcters have the other character show up in any of their card animations except the strike arts animation. I'm happy to be proven wrong though.

a cool thing I thought of was that the first half of the tag is recoome and guldo, and then when they tag switch its jeice and burter. then after a certain amount of tag switches happen, the unit becomes a GINYU. ik this is crazy but isnt it a cool idea?

Very happy for what seems to be new Ginyu Force Units but as a huge Vegeta fan I'm a lil disappointed about the LACK of him in the trailer and of him on Namek in general. I know it's just a trailer tho but in general it's obvious he's not favored in these games. I don't think we will get 2 Tag units, especially they have new animations compared to their EX counterparts. What is possible is: 1% Sparking Recoome (Guldo assist) 1% Sparking Jeice (Burter assist) LF Ginyu that transforms into Goku(Ginyu) on his awakened arts like 3rd Anniversary Boujack. But to keep the flavour of getting swapped with enemy, he should get passive like LF VB, that he gets additional buffs depending on battle style of enemy he faces. Or their color typing.

In my opinion, they are not going to be tag units. Legends and Dokkan often mirror each other with units and celebrations. I believe that Recoome & Guldo abs Jeice & Burter are going to be assist units. In dokkan they were not "tag units" which is to say that they didn't transform and switch the character which has happened in the past. This also leads me to believe that the body change won't swap it with the enemy. However, I can think of one exception. Maybe it switches the unit when Ginyu is last man standing. Otherwise it would just be way too powerful. Imagine going against 2 UVB's.
