Holy shit thank you for translating the... stutters, I guess you'd call them? Other english covers I've heard just left the "ka-ka-ka-ka", the "gun-gun-gun-gun", etc, despite the fact that they are words that are part of a sentence. That by itself makes your cover automatically the best to me. And of course the fact that it's well made and sung brings it home.

We really need more Ultimate Battle english covers.. it's going to be a long wait until we get the official one ;_; Edit: The official one ended up really bad. I expected Jonathan Young or Kaggy to be doing the dub, but instead they got Elliot Coleman, who's voice does not fit the song at all, but rather makes it sound very cheesy. The lyrics weren't the best either.

Chrono Catalyst Funimation does take liberties with their dubbing, though - limit break x survivor’s english lyrics are very different from the japanese ones

@Chrono Catalyst Maybe - I just hope they don't make it *too* faithful and end up keeping "ka ka ka ka" or "gun gun gun gun" like a couple english covers I know >.> it works so much better when it uses actual english, that's why my favorite covers are this one and MDG's.

My ears could not believe it at first so I had to see if you made one specific cover for me to be sure. And when I saw and heard your cover of "one piece!" I finally recognized your voice!! This cover is way better than what we got. The only possible reasons Funimation went with it had to be a) the cheapest/free b) probably the executive's relative c) the guy paid THEM to take his Ultimate Battle cover or d) It was just rushed
