Not exactly all, you need an amount of luck or dozen gems to get the rare dragon potions : Unique marked dragons like Butterfly and Fossil which cannot be bred.

i know mostly work you just need to combine wind and legendary cause wind have a horn and im sure this must work cause ihave try it on my first time and it work no need other legendary dragon
