Күн бұрынYou, Dirk the Daring, are on a quest to rescue the Fair Princess Daphne. Who has been kidnapped and is being held captive by the Evil Wizard Mordroc. To do this you must survive a perilous journey and defeat all of your adversaries. Make you way through the castle and caverns by using your joystick to move and wield your sword. Beeare of your foes as they are numerous.

Interestingly, this sub-PC version has a level that was removed from the Dragon's Lair 2 arcade game: the Pirate level! The intro, Time Place level and outro are exclusive to this sub-version of the Dragon's Lair 2 arcade game.

The Laserdisc game Dragon's Lair II was released as two games on the Amiga; Dragon's Lair II: Timewarp and Dragon's Lair III: The Curse Of Mordread. That might be why the extra scene is there. the game is short enough as it is, I mean. They might have used the pirate scene as filler.

So the time kingdom and pirate ship are both deleted levels from the dragon lair 2

Yes, but the wizard is from dragon's lair 2 but added some more time levels in 3

I worked on this game. When we did the conversion of Dragon's Lair 2 to PC not all the scenes could fit on the floppy discs at the time so many scenes were cut. This game uses scenes we didn't use from the original laser disc of Dragon's Lair 2 and we added newly animated scenes that were done by our own animators.

If only this game could've been done by Don Bluth and made into a real video game like the others, then it would've been more successful.

mordread is mordroc’s sister, yea. but this game is so badly done and rushed, it still uses voice clips from dragon’s lair II. if it had an actual good direction, it probably would have been a decent final chapter to the saga

I had no idea there was a Dragon’s Lair 3 until today and now I know why. What were they thinking with this “game”. I feel bad for fans of DL 1 and 2 that probably were excited to play the 3rd game in the series and then got this mess. It’s an even bigger insult that half of game was just poorly remaking scenes from the 2nd game.

this game was a pain in the ass. besides the crappy transitions and low grade animation , it was extemely difficult as you had to get the timing down exactly , if you were even a half second off. youd die
