as someone who picked up the flute "only" one year ago and learn myself, i think i can tackle any songs now, i just need some time to recognize every note and practice the piece so yeah everyone can pick up the flute but thats true for everything in my opinion, if you are interested in something and practice it you will definitely be able to get praised by everyone that dont know shit about it. What's truly difficult is being an expert about it and get recognized by those on the very very top, or just being first at something in general.

I've never had anyone say that to me before but they'd have to be an idiot or have never touched a real guitar if they were being serious. Though tbh I prefer rocksmith over guitar hero. The only that socks is its hard to get a song 100% in rocksmith cus it delays sometimes.

They dont just say i play better than you, they are more like, i could be a guitar god if i wanted to, i mean i can play expert on guitar hero so back off smh. People just doesnt apreciatites what we are doing and how hard is it. Its mostly about your look. If you are a nerdie, even if you play ridicilously faster, doesnt matter, you just average guitarist of every school. But if you got that handsome look, 4 chords makes you peoples attention point. And about rocksmith, i prefer guitar hero over it cause Rocksmith is mostly about lerning a song, it just doesnt feels like a game if you know what i mean. It just makes me do what i normally do. Play the guitar. But Guitar Hero has a sweet style which i like a lot, it feels different.

Seriously though. That's incredibly impressive. He's playing one of the greatest, longest, and most intense rock songs of all time and only had a few small mistakes. With some practice, he will probably be able to 100%. I'm very impressed.

I feel like this guy asked his parents to get him a guitar when he was growing up, so he could rock out to his favorite tunes. But it was too expensive or they hated heavy music or something, so they got him a recorder instead. His response was "fine then" and he rocked out anyway.

This is why I love to watch Herman Li reacting to people's rendering of TTFAF. He's so positive and supportive! He really appreciate people's efforts. No Herman, don't wish you made the song easier, its famous because of its difficulty. In fact, we need another epic song even more difficult than TTFAF already. Make it so difficult that it will take people another 20 years just to get the first part right. Lol
