Thank you! Yeah I really wanted to recreate that original feel and tone. Most people who cover this don't match the original's use of pinch harmonics (which is reaaally hard to do consistently, but is super important for the sound)

I'm pretty strict about my TTFAF covers as I grew up listening to practically only this song for a while, and I know the song almost front to back. I must say, this is pretty much perfect in every way. The additional soloing in Grinding Scales didn't even feel out of place

Thanks! I can put Edge Of The World as a Patron request. Unfortunately there's no isolated stem tracks for the newer DF stuff so it wouldn't be as comprehensive a cover as this was (this video was pretty exhausting to make anyway haha), but it'd still be cool I think

Amazing cover! The camera work, the editing, and the cover itself is top notch. Just as good or even better than the other covers that has millions of views on them. The bonus solo fits so well, but it started to remind me of Aggravating Verse when the bridge strumming showed up for the third time.

I just checked in my DAW, and most of the lead tones came from the Mixwave Jason Richardson plugin. The specific settings change from section to section of the song, I pretty much took the default lead sound and increased the treble and gain though, while scooping the mids a little. I think that plugin has a free trial. Although, the 'over-the-top' intro and outro part is Bias FX 2 ('modern djent' preset basically), it seemed to work better with all the harmonies there. The rhythm tone comes from Fortin Nameless Suite. I'll put some screenshots or something of the settings in the description later when I'm home
