Coming from the retail background, Indian curries have been done long time ago. Frozen curry sauces wont work for the majority because people dont look for healthy when purchasing curry sauces. When you have players like Pataks around and then the other Major players with powdered mixes then I doubt anyone wants frozen. Indian food is probably the easiest to cook and usually the base is somewhat the same in all the curries and a trip to KZfaq would make curry lovers make it from scratch as opposed to buying a frozen curry sauce, otherwise it would have already been executed by a major Indian brand. Frozen Indian foods apart from snacks simply do not work!

I was always confused when people try to push ' Fresh-Frozen', that's a mountain of an oxymoron.

She was highly investable and the product was good. All they needed to do was being a good dragon and write a new business concept for it. They lost a good opportunity.
