Later, Drakeo spoke about the controversy surrounding the DA on his case and why he was more concerned about that election as opposed to the presidential horserace.

Similar situation happened to me. They offered me probation for a plea deal which meant guaranteed no jail time. If I took it to trial I was looking at 15. Even though I did not do the crime and I most likely would have gotten off at trial, I felt it was smarter to say 'Sure, I did this.' in order to get no jail time rather than leaving my fate to a Judge/Jury for a possibility of 15 years. The system puts innocent people in this position every single day and innocent people are basically forced to take a plea deal rather than putting their life in someone else hands.

The feds are all crooked trying to book you in anyway. The DEA accused my drivers license being fake because no record showed up because I’ve never been into trouble. I started laughing after the 4th time the DEA agent accused my license being fake, he yelled this isn’t funny this is a serious matter; then I started to get pissed and said you’re profiling me just because I’m at my pain doctors office while u guys raided it, wishing I had warrants out, then a state cop pulled me aside and told me good job on a clean record n said the dea just plays hard ball when they do a raid.
