I need ppl to realize there is a difference between being FIT and being HEALTHY. You can be fit and very much unhealthy and vice versa. Lizzo is vegan, she exercises and lets not talk bout her performances she has great breath control while doing choreography as well as occasionally plays the flute. Most fit ppl cant even do what she does and surely aries cant over there sitting down breathing hard asf. The self hate is concerning worry about your self first before u talk on someone else.

The Aries Spears situation is a prime example, people *only* care about your self-esteem when they can give it to you. If Lizzo was insecure about her body, people would feel so empowered to tell her “She’s pretty” and “Perfect the way she is”

That’s the problem with these “comedians” they make comments on peoples insecurities (not that lizzo’s insecure about her weight idk) and then cover it up as a “joke” when they get called out. Lizzo has literally been bullied by the media since she came out just cause of her weight and it’s disgusting ! She’s talented and it’s a shame that she can’t get credit just cause of her size !

I think with lizzo, people aren't used to seeing a "big" or fat person be so confident or in love with their body to the point they wear what they want, aren't afraid to do this, dance, or whatever. I believe people want her to feel insecure and cover up. Lizzo is a beautiful and multitalented woman. She gets up on any stage and shuts it down. She dances, sings, plays the flute, etc. Things people think someone her size can't do. A typical fat person to some is someone that's smelly, nasty, can't move an inch without having a heartache, can't get up, etc etc just the typical dumb and ignorant stuff but to see Lizzo do and be the opposite of that stupid stereotype must rub them the wrong way. I hope I'm making sense. Like I feel like they try to tear her down because in their eyes, she's feeling herself too much and she likes how she looks and they don't. So, they try and mess with her to lower her self esteem. You'll be surprised at how many people got bullied because of their confidence, smarts, clothing, etc. If someone thinks you need to lower your standards or self love or you need to be humble it's best they hate they don't have it like you. I bet Aries wished he had her body confidence. AND BEING SKINNY DOESN'T ALWAYS EQUAL HEALTHY. Can we please stop acting like you have to be in a small or medium size to be healthy or to look good! YOU DON'T. As long as you eat healthy and move around and take your vitamins YOU ARE FINE. I mean look at Saweetie. The rapper. She's a nice sized woman but can barely dance on stage without being out of breath after doing one step. In response to NLE, I just want to say as a man that happens to be gay, I have zero desire to procreate. There are way too many kids being ignored and mistreated in adoption agencies, or worse on the streets. And men like him are the reason for that, having all these kids but can't do the bare minimum and be there for to guide them in the right direction. NLE is so embarrassing sometimes. Similar to Zo’s story, my grandparents were together for like 80 years and my grandad passed about 1.5 yr later. What made things worse is he had Alzheimer’s dementia and would forget his wife passed and it was too hard to tell him the truth especially if he was having prolonged periods of coherence and seemed to be his normal self but knew something was wrong.
