Thank you for spoiling me that video. After seeing the scoreboard ans knowing who won the first Set, your commentary revealed who won that tiebreak. You know what happens with people spoiling without warning? They rot in hell.

Dimitrov did almost everything he could to choke this tiebreak. Then ended up winning just to lose the 3rd set 6-1 🙄

What happened? I was watching Dmitrov match then tennis channel switched over to Tabilo/Khachanov tie break. Next thing I knew Grigor had lost 3rd set 6-1. So quick! Did he run out of steam or what?

Fritz just handled that 2nd set loss really cooly. probably thought "well he had 10 set points, i had only one, so he deserved it" and went right back to work. Dimitrov was so worked up from that emotional tie-break that his level dipped in the 3rd.

Best tiebreak of the year, as commentators claimed? Best of the decade, as someone else wrote below? Ummm, no. Half of it was unforced errors, including a double fault from each of them. It was close; quality was good without being spectacular.

Dang. I like fritz but also like vet Dimitrov who probably thought subconsciously that after winning that tiebreak the momentum would be on his side but Fritz wasn't fazed.

Tabilo vs Kachanov match was 7/6 - 7/6 and that second tie break went to 12-10 for Tabilo. For me was better tie break than this one.

Thats the only time you should pump the crowd up. Once youve one a tough tough set. I hate when young players do it aftwr just on point or an easy service game

hawk-eye will be used on the clay masters next year. right now, they rely on just checking marks. tennis channel replay showed that the ball was out anyways

@@Whatreally123 maybe it's not as accurate as it should be yet? In Nadal's last match here in Rom the ball was out the base line at his feet by at least 3 inches but technology showed it was in. Rafa still said to the umpire "there is a problem with the machine. This is frustrating for the players."

Madrid open I believe is the only clay tournament that uses challenge system right now. It's so helpful bc how many times have we seen bad calls on clay

Yeah it's just you. This is the second biggest clay tournament after the French Open, and it's the build up to that. If you can't get excited about this, maybe try football.
