Thank you; how beautifully put! I was a victim of primary & high school bullying, which was witnessed & approved of by several teachers, who actively encouraged & praised the bullies for their bullying & even called me out on & prevented me from standing up for myself & standing up to my bullies even as they saw them physically harassing me! This made me even more of a victim & followed through to workplace bullying, because bullies can always smell a victim like a shark smells blood in the water - only sharks serve a purpose in our ecosystem! I’ll be 53 in 2022 & I am horrified that this crap is still going on, in our Homes, our Communities, in Schools, & both Government & Private Businesses. Things are slowly changing for the better, but my God, we still have quite a long way to go!

And as I stated above a house divided on itself cannot stand. If you have a business and there is internal conflict and/or bullying the business will not function properly. Notice that the customers were NOT getting the service they expected and were mostly dissatisfied while the workers were more focused on getting rid of the hearing impaired lady than serving the customers.
