I truly love his passion. As a black woman in my early to mid 50s , I can honestly say eating habits and light exercising have helped me greatly in the aging process. I honestly feel better than I did in my late 20s early 30s. I have never had a face lift, Botox, fillers or laser treatments,I don't have lines or crow feet. However, as these things come. I will embrace it❤. My mother died at 41 years old from cancer. Getting old will never be an enemy to me. Thankfully education, research of the products I use , sunscreen and plenty of water. I've been truly blessed. Your eating habits, and sun exposure while young, will make all the difference.

How about aging gracefully. I understood very early on that it wouldn’t matter if I did this or that surgically to my face. It would maybe look good for a while, but how about the rest of the body? When you start doing one thing you would have to follw up with a lot of other procedures. I am taking great care of my skin and always have, but chosen to «age gracefully». After social media has become such a big part of our lives we are exposed to enormous pressure. I see young girls/women everywhere doing things to themselves that were unthinkable just 10-15 years ago. Not all of them know what they are doing or thinking about the consequences far ahead. That is why videos like these are so important. A sober and clinical view of options out there, including the dangers and the potential benefits that go along with them. Thank you, I’m grateful for all the information you provide us.

These videos are so helpful. I wish I knew about your KZfaq channel 12 months ago before I had a HIFU treatment. I sustained terrible burns and now have deep scars on my face. My eyes and brows drooped significantly and I my scalp was completely numb for 6 months. It’s frightening how these energy based machines are sold as anti aging and skin tightening, in my opinion they make you look older. It’s very frustrating as I’ve always taken care of my skin and this provider wrecked it in one hour. My advice to anyone is listen to Dr Karam 🙏🏼

You're on the wrong channel, then. This channel is about rejuvenating plastic surgery. He's real about the ugly aspects of aging, but if you can't handle that, there are plenty of other channels that will give you what you want. Peaches Skincare is one. Personally, i like listening to both approaches. I do believe in natural methods, but they will only take you so far. If you're content with their limitations (and nothing wrong with that), then this is really not the channel for you.

The other approach is to embrace and admire our expression lines rather than fear it. It’s inevitable that we are getting older. I love that focussing on your health and skincare is a big part of looking as good you feel. I'm not 56 yet but getting close. I don't mind the facial lines really. I don't want lines around my lips though like I see most smokers get. But I've never smoked either. If I happened to get those lines I think I would have to do something. But the other lines don't bother me. The slight eye bags I'm getting really bother me big time. So I am planning on fixing that as soon as I sell my house. I just feel like the eye bags draw attention straight to the eyes and make me look tired and unrested. And ive seen how bad they can get with age so im going to fix it as soon as i can. The nasal fold lines and forehead lines i dont really think they would bother me. I don't really have them much yet to say for certain. But I don't think they will bother me.

Thank you Dr Karam for sharing useful info on a regular basis!! So helpful. I listened to a lot of your videos, but never heard your opinion about biorivitalisation injections. Could you share your views please! 😊

How do you feel about Sculptra for early volume loss at 34? My skin is fabulous but I'm starting to lose some fullness/softness in my face that I had in my 20s, and temples are hollowing a bit as well. Absolutely love your aesthetics and advice. Thank you as always!

You will soon change your mind. I, too, was convinced in my 40s that good skincare was all i would need. I looked the youngest for my age ever in my early and mid 40s. But 48 was when i started seeing the first signs of real aging. And 52 was when I started developing jowls. Finally got rid of them with a mini facelift, best decision ever. Now, i can focus back on skincare.

Watched this video and subscribed to his channel! What honest advice ! I always had an aversion to doing anything invasive , only facials and that too once in 6-8 months , if at all! Else following good skin care regime is all you need and a lot of exercise and peace of mind

I’m a fan of Dr K and I hope someday to have a vertical restore done by him. However, I’m not crazy about his Vit C Quench serum. For one it’s pricey, and after 4 months (3 bottles later) results were meh. Now I’m using Maelove Glow Maker which is cheap and fabulous. I practically buy it in bulk, lol. I use it literally everyday and apply it not only to my face, but neck, chest and arms. Anyway, after 3 months I can’t believe the efficacy. It might even be more impressive than my Rx Trentinoin. Nevertheless, I sure do appreciate the good advice!

Hello Dr. Amir, I appreciate your content and believe people of all ages can benefit from the well-organized information you provide. I did not hear mention of facial exosomes as one of the topics. I would love to hear your thoughts on it. Thank you.

I have been following you for over 2 years. I have left my face as blank canvas, doing the spf, microneedling, serum. Waiting to find the right surgeon. I am convinced that what you tell us is the way. ❤ I know that the way to get the best results the day I will be able to find the surgeon I can afford, with the right techniques. I am not cheap and will not purchase the easy way. For now I save and do the best care I can
