I’m in total agreement, and this reply is from someone who has experienced high priced plastic surgery. Don’t get me wrong I loved what my surgeon did for me. I actually offered to talk about him publicly and bring him more clientele. But they didn’t take me up on it. I greatly appreciate how Dr.Karam is presenting his knowledgeable advice. Nice work. Thank you so much, the new vertical procedure is stupendous and I just may end up with a 2nd great surgeon. Love your artistry Dr.ThankYou

Mine is a Nuclear Medicine doctor and though it has nothing to do with skin, I obey every word of his because he is alwasy right . This past week I freaked out cause I saw my enlarged pores and he pointed out that I eat too much bacon which is loaded with saturated fat and he explained how that is not good for the pores. I forgot what he explained about how pores excrete but bottom line, I obey every word. He is never wrong.

I’ve had these embarrassingly large pores for over 12 years now. I do not ever expect to have normal looking skin ever again in my life. I know the longer something lasts on you, the more likely it is to never go away nor be corrected. I’ve tried microneedling, lasers and a number of things and these visibly enlarged pores get worst every year. I am always being looked at and I feel it makes me look real bad and as if I don’t care. This has taken a toll on me!.

Dr Karam, thank you for all of your skin care advice and recommendations. I know your forte as a plastic surgeon is the vertical face lift. I love your passion for facial rejuvenation and I hope to fly across the country someday to meet you and have you work your magic on my old 50-year-old face :-). By the way, in regards to the 500 dalton rule…. What are your thoughts on hyaluronic acid versus glycerin? From what I’m learning HA is such a large molecule and is great for filler under the skin but to penetrate the epidermis needs to be broken down so small Which results in it being very pro inflammatory…… why not just tried and true old school glycerin?

Dear Doctor Karam. Thank you for your informative video. I wanted to comment on microneedling, are you doing any videos relating to this treatment and warnings regarding posdible side affects after treatments? I had a microneedling treatment using a Nanopore Stylus Device with a 0.5mm depth, 2 weeks after that I had a facial; 6 months on my skin is dull, products I previously used make my skin dry and lacking its previous glow. I am going to see a skin specialist next week I hope with the correct products and routine and an in office facial my skin will begin to repair. I think videos highlighting risks on any procedures are as interesting as the ones showing fabulous results it shows transparency installing trust in that person. Human beings are all different. Many thanks and have a nice day. X

He has his own skin care. I've only been using it for a week and I already see some difference. When I look at my haphazard skin care that I've spent spent $$$ on that really didn't do too much but cost hundreds, plus devices--over the last years it is really more than his 3 products. there is a KZfaq channel called pretty over 50 and one with a youngish esthetician named penny. these types of programing give drug store reviews and less expensive products and devices. These channels are entertaining. actually there are many channels that you can find like that. Dr Karam's products cost less than some random dermatologist visit for one treatment, services or products. plus I trust this Dr.
