I asked my gynaecologist I want to have a natural birth From the starting of my pregnancy she encouraged me , prepared me mentally, in 7th month I asked about exercises for natural birth She recommended walking, squats (20*3) , butterfly exercise , and said sit maximum on the ground instead of chair . I followed squats , walking for about 2 hr evening &2 hrs after dinner And never hesitated to sit on ground When my contractions started I was just walking walking continuously, I walked the whole day in pain Then at night , nurse helped me do squats Hopefully after this all I had a Normal delivery Tips: exercise, intimate with partner in 9th month for cervix flexibility

Nice information...but when to start these pelvic excercises ? My seven month has started and this is going to be my second delivery ( first one was normal delivery too). Pls tell when to start excercises?

Start walking at 30 week for 30 minutes and at 37 week start drinking pineapple juice and eat pineapple and dates and drink warm water and take hot bath 3x a day and squat too Maine yeh sab kiya meri normal delivery hue 12 sept ko
