Man, I don’t even play D&D. I’ve had this idea for a campaign for so long, but never took initiative to try and make a world map or even try to write a cohesive story. Your videos on map making have been pretty much the only reason Iscal Isle’s coming to life again! (Iscal Isle being the campaign’s main map)

Do it! Try and run a single session adventure set on your island. Maybe get a tip, travel to a dungeon (ruined tower, cave, etc), fight some monsters, overcome an obstacle and get the treasure!

Don't forget to give "life" to the castle: an active forge that handles the minor repairs and issues seen through the castle

I don’t do a lot of drawing cause I’m not the best at it and I’ve invested in some physical terrain, but your drawings have inspired me to draw my own city maps or large scale maps to show my players!

That map looks great but the time to spend drawing it out takes a long time. And jumping between floors would be awkward too. Would love if there was a faster way to draw these maps out

Couldn’t you use a compass for drawing the towers? If you’ve got the T-Square, shouldn’t you have a compass?

0.8 mL would be (0.8/13.8)*0.7 , a 4.06% solution 🙃 I'm a trained chemist; I started with 13mL so I could watch the lines and add exactly 1 mL more
