rebecca is actually a talented person. some people judge her because of her song "friday" which obvi rude. her song "friday" was too much auto-tuned, but if you listen to like rebecca's acapella version of songs, she actually sound good. :)

What I seriously don't understand here is this. Why in the hell did so many people hate on her so damn much to begin with? I cried hearing about the bullying. I was bullied too. Although, I'm 24 now, it has lasting affects on me. I wish ppl would realize the lasting affects of it. I have social paranoia, and have a hard time trusting ppl to make friends. I'm sorry, Rebecca. Girls especially are rough with bullying. To be honest when I was 6 or 7 years old in 2011 I really liked the song 'Friday'. When my alarm tone went off the song would wake me up in a good mood,every FRIDAY!

That song was just a perfect representation of "cheesy" and so that's why it stood out as something alot of people can laugh at. But that is not to say that it was your fault ( since you explained that the company basically made that - besides the fact that it was meant to be a project music video for personal/ professional use - not commercial) not does it mean that you lack talent n potential to be a real singer. Most people would've taken down the video and resigned but you chose to stand up for it , and people applaud that. Youre a genuine person with a real heart. Okay, now I feel like a bastard for being so negative about her! It's so easy to forget that folks like Rebecca and Justin Beiber are just really kids, they're the faces of the machine so they get blamed for how little integrity there is in fame. I was under the impression that Rebecca actually wrote "Friday" which is why I was so horrified that something so banal was getting so much attention. Now I know someone else actually wrote that tripe for her I'm actually more disgusted, but I know it wasn't her bad. It would be nice if someone like Ben Lee, John Butler or Jack Johnson, who really know how to write, would do songs for starlets like her. It would give kudos instead of hate on an innocent kid.

I really didn't like the song, 'Friday' by Rebecca, but now that I saw her video on BuzzFeed, she was honestly just trying to know what it was like to make her own song and be creative with it, trying to fulfill her dreams of becoming a singer. I feel so bad for her because 'Friday' got a TON of dislikes (3.5m) and hate comments making fun of her. Plus, since her face was shown, so people made fun of her in real life too. Hello, I have come here to tell how graceful and amazing Rebecca Black is. She is a graceful girl with courage and autism. Due to all the hate on Friday, she just stood up for herself and never gave up for Friday. She is never dead, neither destroyed. Thanks to that, she can still be in Social Media today. God bless Rebecca, and remember, wake up at 7:00 AM and have a bowl of cereal every Friday morning and then go to the bus stop then go in the car with your friends and kick it down on Friday and look forward to the weekend. xD

Your story brought not just a tear to my eye, but an unstoppable waterfall; and I am not normally a very emotional man.
