Good on you for pushing yourself and not allowing yourself to be defined by past works. People don’t get to define you or the type of artist you are. I found you on KZfaq because of your work on wildlife but I’m definitely excited to see you tackle fabric. I have decided before watching these videos to tackle skin. So this is so encouraging. You are so real in your struggle. I feel that same way with tackling skin. I haven’t mastered fur but I just want a challenge and not to be defined. People only seeing you one way limits you. Then that’s all they want you to do. I’m excited you the journey. Process is everything. It’s in that place that we connect with the Devine.

For someone who doesn’t like doing colour, those commercial works you did for McDonald’s were very impressive. But I noticed the monochrome shadow under the fries, like it was your hallmark. A lot of photographers don’t like shooting colour. Some of my better work has been in black and white and so I totally get your love of drawing that way. Thanks for your wonderful work.

Ahh thank you sorry I forgot to mention you in the description for the tip!! It worked well ☺️ and yes unfortunately I have creased some original artworks badly in the past and I ended up soaking the drawing with water and then ironing when it was dry. Was probably the scariest moment ever but it worked 🙏🏼

Two bits from the peanut gallery (Denver, Colorado, actually) if you haven't already, you might explore the drawings and paintings of one woman named Georgia O'Keefe. She painted in New Mexico and is best known for her large flowers. At any rate, there is something about the color and gradation that might change your mind about color. Thanks for sharing.

I like your work, but please don't film yourself while driving unless you mount the camera on your dash. It endangers yourself and others. Imagine filming and then CRASH! Your life is changed forever, or you're dead. You can't learn a lesson when you're dead. Better to learn it now before you destroy your life. Several KZfaqrs have died while filming and driving. It's really not something that can't wait until you get out of your car.
