Can confirm, as a friend of former cast members, adults are not allowed to cosplay in Disney parks, but little kids are. Disney Bounding essentially is like “closet cosplay” to me, you grab stuff that’s in the same color palette or style as whatever character you’re portraying, along with accessories that are symbolic of the character as well. Hope that makes sense.

I work on generative networks like this and this is hilarious lol. I would argue these things will never replace artists from a fundamental level. They are kinda like proof of concepts for different technical purposes, the art is almost secondary to that end.
