I'm only a few minutes in but I think this could definitely be up there for me. I don't generally get any "tingles" from ASMR videos where people are just tapping on stuff and doing deliberate trigger sounds, which seems to be what a lot of ASMR channels are focusing on. But give me a video of someone conveying an idea or explaining something in a calming way, with some pleasing sounds happening naturally in the process, and I'm chillin'.

I see a consistent theme in your post-it drawings. They show a deeply recessed, possibly unknown desire to slip off to West Palm or Key Large for a couple days to certify as a acuba diver, then head up toward West Palm Beach to go on a couple drift dives c in the Gulf Stream. I'd say go for it dude. You only once. Who knows, it may give you inspiration for different type of drawings.

I know it’s been a while since you uploaded this video. But this literally changed my life. I’ve always been sort of out of touch with myself. When I first saw this, I started drawing on sticky notes, and I did so every day at work. I followed your guide to put feelings on paper. It helped me learn how to feel and how to express that to not only myself but to others. It helped me learn how to navigate my emotions through art, not just pen and paper but all sorts of art. I still struggle a lot with everything still, and sometimes I’m not ok. But it’s ok not to be ok sometimes. At least I have a really cool sticky note collection now! Cheers you are a wonderful person

Droid Gamma Epsilon 5 | Not necessarily. It's possible their civilization is so advanced that they won't feel the need to take our resources. Think of how we can choose to watch rabbits eating grass or how we can choose to watch ants work together to drag food back to their colony. We could easily destroy the rabbit or the ants for their resources, but we can instead admire the beauty of their existence instead given how comfortable our own lives are in comparison. I dunno.

How crazy is it that so many people have felt individually touched all in unique ways from this little video about drawing your feelings? I feel like I relate to it so strongly. I have autism and have, since watching this video years ago, drawn my feelings when I'm having meltdowns. They're usually completely nonsensical to anyone else but to me they show absolutely every emotion I'm feeling in those times. It's ridiculously therapeutic to take part in this kind of thing, even if you're like me and can't draw to save your life. I have found nothing that can accurately depict my feelings as much as these drawings can. No words in the human language can describe some feelings because language just feels too linear for something that is so astoundingly complex. I am very thankful I stumbled across this video years back. I found it during a rough patch in my life and every time things feel hopeless, I come back to this. There's something about the way Peter talks that just makes you feel understood - he's not too happy, too sad, too optimistic or pessimistic, he's just human and it's wonderful.

I liked that he explained it. It fit with what he was saying, like a metaphor for emotions. People express emotions in many different ways, just as pens are made to write differently. And sometimes, as with the Sharpie he's using, emotions will bleed into the next day or the next emotion.

I've struggled with bipolar for most of my years so far, and with the therapy, medication, and self awareness I have now, I feel as if I finally understand the squiggles and caricature doodles even more. I can't speak for those without a mood disorder. But I hardly ever have a day that has one crystal clear feeling or emotion. There's always a squiggle, or shape. Sometimes it's a nice squiggle, sometimes it's a bad shape, most days I can't decide if its good or bad. I've been coming back to this video for years now and I feel I understand my mind, and Peter's message more every time.

@@josiieposie Synonymous with children, its meant for children. He can buy candy at the store because he CAN afford it. You don't understand, non of you understand the danger of depression and Meta modern conception into normal situations, it isolates everything and makes active events seem like punishment. He can get candy at the doctors/dentists/eye doctors office, but it is meant for children after their shot, or to keep them good and behaved. A 27 year old can get this candy, but his reasoning is not all quite sound, as this is a symbol for children. Aging color or who can play with legos is a little different, you can't really put an age or gender on who has a lego set or who wears a pink outfit. However, partially it is true that lego sets are meant for a younger audience. It's sometimes cute when a kid is shy and stubborn, but its bizzare when a 27 year old attributes the same factors and is usually disregarded as mentally unwell. This follows hand in hand the same way.
