My wife and I like crack a lot more than coke. We’ve been smoking crack for 12 years. About 2 weeks ago we went to her mother’s house to get our scubadiving gear. Only to walk in on her mother and her aunt smoking crack. Ummm wowww.

This is awful. I hope you're not trolling, I'm inclined to believe you as I had a youngster friend back in my active using days and he had been doing perks and eventually heroin/fentanyl with his mother every day (smoking crack, too) and it's always stuck w me and bothered me so much. For some reason I feel it's different than my Mom when I was in highschool letting me drink and smoke cigarettes regularly (doing dope and crack w your son/child is a whole 'nother kinda fucked up to me) I hope you find help and peace man... Thats wrong feeebasing is the same as nothing to do with free in the 70s it has the fo with freeing the base chemically

Yeah, he is completely wrong. They would use ether to as a solvent to break down the alkaloids. They would then add ammonia to precipitate the base out. You are freeing the base salt out of the solution. Ether was definetly not fucking free but it was easier to purchase back then. It is way cleaner then crack cocaine.

A base is not something acidic its the exact opposite. Both basic and acidic things are reactive, but are opposite on the ph scale.

@@Nuatski No. Freebase is a longer high. Free base is a cleaner and more potent version of crack cocaine. Crack is bulked up by the baking soda. Freebase is pretty pure even if you start with some shitty stuff.

Richard Pryor the comedian almost burnt his whole house down trying to freebase Coke. He had a really terrible addiction to coke. He’s alluded to it several times during his routines. You cannot sustain a freebase habit unless your bank account is super strong. VERY expensive habitat to maintain.

Freebase is a pure form of coke because you've removed the Base to make pure cocaine that is smokeable (freeing up the base) , Crack is just adding baking soda to make the coke smokable. So freebase is stronger

His answer wasn’t really helpful , crack is made with just water and baking soda and heat . freebase is an old method use from ammonia and ether to 192 grain alcohol . But people don’t do it cuz it’s more flammable and dangerous, plus the process of purging its residual solvents is a lab worthy Operation .

@@HoodRichforeign It’s called Freebase because Ether removes all the “cut”, thereby smoking only cocaine. Using Ether you’re freeing the base. Ether is never “free”. You have to buy it. Crack cocaine is smokeable cocaine with many impurities. Safer to cook and cheaper.
