You are the first person to mention that we use the right side of the brain to communicate. We are taught all our lives to use the left side only and if you can’t shut down your right side of the brain you are a problem child. I immediately started focusing on using the right side and I started feeling love. What I understand is that love frequency is the one that enables the telepathy.

I am left handed thus right brained. (side note I can use both sides and do practice writing eating etc whith right hand when left hand is the default

Just like with you playing the same music each time, I also find that repetition of the same process beforehand takes me into the zone quickly now. Besides grounding myself... the number one thing that helped me to get there in the beginning was to write down on paper whatever I received...words, images, feelings, etc. Focusing on the writing engages whatever part of my brain that loves to question everything or distract me... and disconnects it from interfering.

I have been meditating on and off about 44 years. And I love animals and try to communicate with animals. The last to dogs I have meet indepentedly with their female owners, barked at me, but as soon as I use my Guru-mantra the dogs stop barking and looked confused and then look at their female owners. And thanks for the inspiration you give.

I keep trying tapping, but so far haven't seen any benefit from it. It must do something because so many practitioners in so many fields are promoting it. What am I missing? Thank you for all your videos, they are interesting, and I hope to find one that will help me start receiving messages from animals. So far it's only one-way communications -- me to them, and I'm not sure my messages are getting through.

The key is to tap on what you are upset about. And EFT is most effective when we can let ourselves get upset and go to a deeper level than what is at the surface. I had the same challenge when I started - I didn't know then how to go deeper. If you tap along with videos of experts, you will gradually learn the language and the techniques that will work. I have noticed when I listen to instrumental music my painting is more inspired, but I never thought to include it in my ac activities. I might just do that, as well as listen to it while meditation as well. Thanks Dr. Cara!

I love your anchor cord. I actually feel heavy when Im connected. I do a lot of deep breathing to help me get out of my head...I find that the connecting cord helps me with settling down my horses when I need to do any medications for them. They feel it too.

I have tried everything to relax myself to be able to communicate with my cat who passed June .just few months ago .she is my world .I miss her so much .I thought I was getting there until I had to take a stray cat that I was feeding to vet who had to be put to sleep yesterday .now I am in such a state in my head I've gone through loosing 2 cats in the last 3 months . Am I blocked with greif ? Or is there any other reason I am not seeing signs from my little girl Bella ? Please would you give me advice on this as I am struggling to understand it all 😊 Dawn

Hello Cara! Breath work and meditation helps me tune in to my intuition, when I'm doing animal communication. (I've been reading animals for about 1 year now.) I do have a question - or topic: I recently did a reading on a cat that had been stolen from the owner. (The theft was witnessed by family members.) I did my reading - as usual starting out with questions that would make it clear to the owner that it was indeed their pet I was talking to. All details were then acknowledged by the owner. I then asked the cat to show or tell me, what happened after it was taken. I tried several times and in several ways - but I only got blackness and a sense of coldness in my body. I have experienced this sudden blackness a few times before, but only after experiencing/seeing the animal in an accident (one being hit by a train and one drowning - both afterwards being verified by their owner). My question is: How come I am being blocked from seeing the details this time (whether or not this cat is still alive)?

I just came along your videos today. Before this one, I watched the 4 things to do, to be an animal communicator. Both are very interesting so far! First of all, I ever felt very connected to animals, and often have the feeling to be able to feel their pains. But, trying real animal communication, wasnt very successful so far. Not on intension. While getting in things also from strangers animals like I need to go out, I struggle with health, or other things, it doesnt work if I want to communicate. Like to my cat that is missing since three weeks now 😭. Well, after watching your videos, I dont wonder about both of it so much anymore. If the rightbrain is used for animal communication, it should be possibly more easy for me to do it, beeing a lefthanded person, as to what I learned, the lefthand is directed by the rightbrain too. So my rightbrain should possibly automatically be more activated. On the other hand, I am not very nice to myself, possibly I treat every other living better than me, even spiders, maybe just not mosquitos 😅. So thats possibly whats blocking my mind if I want to communicate.

Im not really sure what it is that I'm doing with animals, I just know it's always been this way. It's like I can look at an animal, and I'll begin to feel what its feeling, whether it be anger, confusion, hurt,aggressive e,afraid, sick . .. and it's so strong sometimes I feel sick or whatever... I just seem to know what they want or need or feel. I want to learn communication skills so I can help the ones that need my help. I just wanted to ask if you think this is part of opening Thai for our what am I experiencing? Thank you

Hi Dr Cara. I just Came Across your videos and They Are so comforting. I would Love tó talk tó my Sweet Romeo Who passed Away 2 years ago on DEC 8. I Need tó Know if he forgives me for not euthanizing him in Time, he suffered horribly on His last Day on earth. Currently I'm being taught to close my eyes and picture a light and all this stuff but I find as soon as I close my eyes my adhd brain starts thinking in circles.. does anyone successfully communicate without closing their eyes haha

Hi again. My name is Danielle. Something is going on and i think I'm supposed to be doing this. Animals come up to me ehenthey aren't supposed to. Stop. Stare at me and make noises sometimes. The neighbor's dog softly wisper barks up at me even. The owner saidshe doesn't do that to people. Ive never seen her talk to anybody else. The lizards. Random examples but a squirrel came hugged me looked at me and left. Cmon. If u helpme. Ill help others for free only. Need an apprentice with a heart as pure as air??
