Thank you! That was the aim! I guess you could have put carbon wheels and various other bits to make it more 'ultimate' spec but.. for me this is a dream build and everything works so well together!

Gee Milner really, the only thing that could have made brand coordination better is using a fox transfer for the dropper (but I would suggest KS’s southpaw lever, it is SO much better)

I have the same exact frame for 2 years now never got a chance to build it or buy the parts for it this video is making me hate my Cannondale jelly and pushed me to build my Santa Cruz I am going to do it hopefully I get the right tools . Μαριος Μουρατης pedals are personal preference for a lot of riders. Most nice bikes don’t come with pedals because they vary from person to person

I remember my mom got me a old rusty swinn bike from a yard sale for 5 bucks. I was 7 years old. I took that whole thing apart all by myself. Scrubbed all the rust off of it. Oild it real good and put it back together. My grandmother got me new tubes for it. I still have that bike to this day. And ill be 50

They build them for customers and they usually have pedals they like or already have, like with clips for their specific shoes, so they just leave it for then to do.
