Snowy Shaw (born Tommie Mike Christer Helgesson on 25 July 1968) is a Swedish heavy metal musician (primarily a drummer), based in the port city of Gothenburg in the west coast of Sweden. He has played with many heavy metal bands, like King Diamond, Dream Evil, Mercyful Fate, IllWill, Notre Dame and Memento Mori. Snowy is adept at playing guitar as well as drums. He is a primary songwriter in Dream Evil. In October 2006 Snowy joined the symphonic metal band Therion, singing on the Gothic

Great Choice. I wish this band would have stayed together. Gus G and Firewind are Great but I love this band and this whole Album is Great! Awesome Pick!

I think these guys are goofballs, but just happened to be amazing. Singer has piiiiipes, Gus G. is just a god. Snowy Shaw is fun as hell. It was an awesome album.

The whole thing kind of had a Miser Brothers Fest vibe to me. However, I didn't think the song was too bad...it had a good, nice groove (although I thought the higher-register vocals were a bit King Diamond-ish)...I certainly did not expect the almost commercial sounding "Read all about it!" hook, especially for a band with this kind of look. "And not one of them is dressed like a paperboy - unbelievable!" DITTO! 😹🤘

i have to disagree with your assessment of this song and the band. i friggin love The Book Of Heavy Metal. the guitar riff and the solo are so heavy and the drummer kicks more ass than a polynesean toilet seat. i'd like to see you do a reaction video of a killer band from spain called Vhaldemar and the song is called Metalizer. it's very much like Accept and U.D.O. just with a heavier sound. kzfaq.info/get/bejne/jKqIksxn2Z7VoHU.htmlsi=AOnCrCaDcM7lyknx
