Hello, I seek a bit of guidance here : if I consider what we consider as our reality as being a dream, the first thing I would :like is to wake up. Then what do I wake up to ? Also I observe that in our reality I am overwhelmed by my senses and my perception. Up to the point that I consider dreams as just other realities. How do I let go this anchor that is perception, 5 senses that I am so attached to ? Lastly, when we go to sleep, thought and focus is disconnected. I'm struggling with the part of not being disconnected and switched to the "sleep" consciousness which I'm not sure I have developed as the only thing I will register once I wake up are the dreams and the states I have been through during that night. Am I understanding it wrong here maybe ? Many thanks

At 101 minutes in when your question is answered I can't really.understand the answer. The bits about the chakras. As In the heart / chakra... Did he say " black hole ? " , as in the singularly ? Thanks . I got the bit about the forehead/throat/sacral. Thanks

Silly , they come to saw into my foot under block unaesthetic , its a dream , my aching arm , my current disability ,pain dream ....dream ummm . To say and to KNOW are totally different ! But yes I agree the mind is always creating it at base the mind body must be one to but to reach and live at that level different all together ! "my" and ego hardens me proud me , me impulsive reckless me , me can't STOP myself must push on me , proud me ! Yes yes of course . Sometimes One must send the letter and learn did not Huang Po slap the emperors face , from anybody else it would have meant ultimately execution there and then , but Huang po, be strong with them p-ease .... "we" are In this ( nightmare) together aren't we ?
