Nomura should have been in the grey area since she redeemed herself after saving Jim and the others from the Darklands and she and Strickler also tried to train Jim to fight Gunmar after escaping.

I hesitate to find anyone as hatable as Queen Usurna. Despite not being the main villain, she is by far the easiest one to hate as it was because of her and her own selfish desires that so many of the events of Season 3 transpired. I just don’t know why Jim never got to angrily and vengefully confront her in her last moments.

I would put Gunmar above Morgana considering now that we have her full story she is not as much of a villain as she is portrayed in troll hunters while gunmar is quite literally the embodiment of all evil and destruction being born from a corrupted heart stone and wanting to destroy everything in his wake.
