When Hot Toys makes blank expressions people complain, when Hot Toys makes expressions like this people complain... people are never happy. Is this a good expression for dynamic poses? No. Should they have included a second head with a blank or even angry expression? Sure why not the more the better. Me personally I think this head looks fantastic, I do´t mind a happy Anakin at all. Reminds me of Hayden in interviews or in photos fans take with him. I like seeing the man happy.

It looks great. Yeah the expression doesnt match dynamic poses but its nowhere near a NWH doc ock situation, thid expeession actually looks like Hayden. If anything, HT should start adding 2nd headsculpts but i think that ll happen down the road just like with rolling eyes thanks to inart and jnd .

I think that it is a nice change of pace to have a non-angry Anakin in the collection. Sure, it limits the dynamic aggressive poses, but I think posers and collectors will be creative in fitting him into the collection. BS and TVC collectors make great displays with relatively non-aggressive face sculpts.

Head sculpt is dead on. Hopefully you can pose him with his head resting on his fist for the senior photo

I pre-ordered. I do wish we had another sculpt that wasn't so dreamy but the one we are getting is amazing. I'll just have to pose him with my Padme to make it work.

I think we can all agree that from now on any 6 scale figure that comes with a lightsaber from Star Wars and needs reflector Blaster effects because these are cool

They gave him a guidance counselor look which for that scene was appropriate for teaching snips I don't care what anybody says I love what they did with this Anakin and I am definitely adding it to the collection cuz we don't know if we're going to see this style again and to me it's way better than the one that they created before

I’m going to buy a 1/6 scale water cooler with a 1/6 scale water cup. This Anakin will just stand next to it, chilling and chatting up other figures

My daughter loves this one (she is very much into action figures). However, I am contemplating him myself whether he could lead my small group of Clones. Straight to the point: he looks hot, I like him as well. Had a heavy crush on Anakin when the movies came out. So...we might have to get two of those guys.

Ive noticed most hot toys figures i have all have the same expression just looking, glacing stare. Only figures that have different faces are my darth maul (screaming) and batman begins. Hot toys should mamke 2 different headsculpts or different mouth pieces. Kinda like DBZ shfiguarts.

Since they already announced this Anakin Skywalker is coming He's the most definitive Clone Wars Anakin i'm gonna buy that for sure but i'm gonna leave him the way he is. The old hot toys Anakin Clone Wars that I'm just going to give him the animated one.

I agree it’s a great head sculpt. But the expression doesn’t go with his personality. You can’t use if for dynamic poses and it just doesn’t look serious. It looks like a face you have he was with Padme. Aniken to the movies, and even in the clone wars series, always had a either a stern or serious look on his face. Aniken was always a very intense kind of character. Imho

I would have preordered it if it wasn’t for the facial expression they chose. Should have been more of a serious look. Sorry but to me it’s a pass and I’ll stick to my clone wars Anakin.
