I remember listening to all woodie music a long time ago. It was not accepted by the vast majority. People labeled it "weird" or bad rap. Funny how fast something gets accepted. Feels like over night he became accepted and recognized. I was trying to say for YEARS how good his music was. Hate to say it but theres probably alot of band wagon listeners that cant even understand his kind of music. There are still so many gifted lyrical rappers in the gang affiliated community of rap. They are not accepted unless it fits someone else's opinion.
