You need the ideal solution for your press shop? We accept the challenge! Like we did in the case of overhauling a large-capacity transfer press. It is used for the production of structural parts at a renowned German car manufacturer.
The project included not only the mechanical and electrical overhaul of a large-capacity transfer press which has a press force of 38,000kN, but also the replacement of the entire press automation.
A new, freely programmable transfer automation with automatic rail couplings for fully automated tool change was installed. Finished parts are taken out by a removal feeder.
Our aluminum-capable blank loader with double destacking feeder and automatic tooling change system ensures an uninterrupted production process. With blank loaders from DREHER Automation, blanks made of steel, aluminum or other materials can be fed into the forming press fully automated and in a large quantity.
The entire system is controlled by Siemens S7. In order to be able to adapt the operating concept and the degree of automation of our press automation individually to the wishes of our customers, DREHER Automation works with a flexible control concept based on Siemens components. Hardware and software are created by DREHER Automation.
