Pretty ridiculous comment. Not knowing your age environmental exposure and actual health monitors.. is it organic meat how much organ meat you consume.. Feeling good doesn't mean you are healthy. You could be slowly depleting your reservoir. You could have environmental depleting ie radiation , air pollution. I was pretty arrogant thinking I was good until my adrenals crashed.. then long covid. Then hormone imbalance... Some things your body needs a boost.. And assuming it's ok cuz you feel ok.. May be bad advice to others

Avocado full of molds and/or chemicals here in my country, just like most other fruits and veggies. My mouth reacts within a few minutes when I eat these garbage foods. 10 years ago, avocado would be very creamy and delicious when mature, now they are very watery and I am very confident that eg avocado has somehow been modified or being grown in poor conditions that makes them have less fats which also means they now less protection against mold, fungus, bacteria and bugs, why I stay away from them. This is probably also why everyone in big cities are getting sick because this is the only "quality" foods we have access to.. Even raw meet is being pumped with things to increase their shelf life, packed with gas etc. and they taste absolutely rotten if you try eat them on their last sales date, and ironically they keep increase prices on these garbage quality meats, and I am talking about Premium organic meats here because I only buy organics, it's a disgrace..

Yeah, buying marked down meat on the last expiry date is not a good deal. You can clearly see the meat has turned pale and gray, signs of decay. Also, they only mark the prices down by 20% because so many people are looking for even the smallest discount. Peace and health to everyone!

Not sure where you live and buy avocados. As someone who grows them commercially I can give you a couple of potential tips. Often times through greed they are harvested out of season and gas ripened. This causes them to be watery and inedible. In my country this is done unashamedly by pathetic corporate farms and supermarkets. The best way is to try getting them direct off growers at your farmers market or online. Never buy them out of season or off supermarkets.

@@beermanmcdrink4151 Thanks for the tip🙏 Unfortunately, there is no longer such thing as "local markets", I believe the big corps have ruined our local healthy food sources here in the cities of Denmark... I have not spoken to my doctor since getting the result but I have stopped all ultra processed food and only eat healthy whole foods lots of protein and eggs, I started on 1st June and have lost 3kgs so far, I’m delighted and can’t wait to have tests done again to see if the tsh levels are normalising and antibodies are going down.

TSH is not the best way to measure for thyroid health, but it's often the only thing Dr.'s will order. You need to ask him/her to also order FREE T3 & FREE T4 along with Reverse T3. Just in case: natural vitamin C (not ascorbic acid), K2D3, multi-vitamin/mineral, B complex. Walk 4 miles every morning in AZ sun. If I eat too many veg I get gas and pain. I'm not sure of the accuracy of this, but I've read that 9-10 Brazil nuts in a day can put a normal person without allergies to it, in the hospital. I use to eat 1-2 Brazil nuts a day as a selenium supplement but I learned from doing that, that I have the minor allergy symptoms to them. My palms and the bottom of my feet would swell, so I don't eat them anymore. I also learned that there are three allergies that are normally linked together; Brazil nuts, Pine, and almonds. I've always been Allergic to pine, and I learned I'm allergic to Brazil nuts, so now I just stay away from almonds as well to be on the safe side.

People! If you have a thyroid problem PLEASE test for an egg sensitivity. Two of my kids were hypothyroid. Our naturopath knew to test for eggs. Both sensitive to eggs and both had complete resolution of thyroid within six months of stopping eggs! Patients in most of the EU are automatically tested for egg if they present hypo or hyper. We are grossly behind in the US. Much of what is said here is great… but STOP promoting eggs for thyroid issues unless people are tested first!

@@ZsuzsaKarolySmith If one eats foods with toxins like mercury or anti-nutrients like oxalates, phytates, and lectins, then diversity could be very beneficial. The diversity could prevent poisoning that comes from trying to draw too much nutrition from an inappropriate source (e.g., large fish, spinach, rhubarb...). Also, diversity would be essential if one eats foods with unbalanced macros like rabbit meat or chicken/turkey breast. However, what micro- or macro-nutrients do chia seeds provide that would not be abundant in hemp and flax seeds?

People with kidney problems have to ask their doctor, but the benefits are more important for the body, also many vegetables have oxalates and we eat them daily. Also if you want to combat oxalates you should eat foods with calcium.
@ouderwetsss
@ouderwetsss Ай бұрын
Oxalates are indeed toxins. They accumulate and bind to nutrients, damage mitochondria and many more…. However… A healthy gut plays a critical role into breaking down these toxins. Oxalobacter formigenes is a gut bacteria that thrives on oxalates and brake them down into carbon dioxide and formate. Essentially neutralizing them. This bacteria also encourages the gut to actively push out oxalates, preventing them to accumulate in the body. If you don’t have a disrupted gut its perfectly fine ánd essential to eat veggies

No one will understand this but most thyroid issues are caused by deuterium and lack of sunshine. I don't expect anyone to understand this. I wish you all good health and prosperity. A clean carnivore diet and a diet free of deuterium is a pretty good idea. Most water is heavy in deuterium. And most foods contain it too.

@@carolthomas8528 Deuterium molecules are naturally occurring all around us, they are found in the air, any liquids and food we eat and drink. Natural water contains nearly 150 ppm Deuteriumm, and most water is *not* heavy in deuterium (>150ppm). That said, high deuterium levels in the human body can have a negative impact causing chronic fatigue, metabolic problems and premature ageing. The 'heavy water board' in India writes: "Water containing less than natural abundance of deuterium, is known as Deuterium Depleted Water (DDW). It is reported that DDW of 25 ppm to 120 ppm has many positive health applications like anti-cancer/tumor, fight against side effects of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, removal of DNA errors and in cure of diabetes, heart diseases, thalassemia, nonspecific immune defense of the body, anti-ageing and Radio-protective effects." Literature doesn't suggests that DDW directly helps the thyroid gland, but its 'side effects' surely do.

After some tests a couple of years ago, my TSH levels were slightly above normal. The doctors advised me to start taking levothyroxine every day for the rest of my life. I was initially hesitant, as I prefer to avoid medications unless absolutely necessary. However, after further tests and checks, they found a lump in my thyroid. A biopsy was performed, and it was confirmed to be non-cancerous. The doctors now recommend regular checks every six months and continuing with the levothyroxine, which I eventually started taking. I take 25mg every morning before breakfast. My TSH level is now within the normal range, but still close to the higher end. I really don't want to take these tablets forever. What will happen if I stop taking them? Will my TSH level increase? Thank you!

Be careful with iodine. Hypothyroidism needs more iodine, but Hyperthyroidism requires less.
@tb54321

This is incorrect. Please read Dr Brownsteins book on iodine. He goes over these false claims. First, the iodine that destroyed thyroids in the studies people refer to was radioactive. Don’t use radioactive iodine, you won’t destroy your thyroid. It’s that simple. Lugols isn't radioactive. Tsh level do tend to go up on done - but this isn’t because it’s harming the thyroid. It’s because the deficient person needs to increase iodine transport to the deficient areas of the body. This is what causes tsh to temporarily go up on iodine. It’s a sign that the transport of the iodine is working. It’s not harmful to the thyroid. Again, read Dr Brownsteins book before asserting false claims that iodine is harming your thyroid! I’m on high dose iodine for my hyperthyroidism under the care of my doctor. I use Dr Brownsteins protocol for iodine and it has helped my life immensely!

Some people may not know that Sauerkraut etc must not be Pasteurized. If it is on a shelf it is Pasteurized and if it is in a cooler and the label says not Pasteurized, go for it, although expensive. It is very simple to make at home and dirt cheap. Note: I once made fermented asparagus hahaha as it simply turned to mush. Bought a bunch of fresh garlic lately and most will be fermented soon. Forgot that the juice of Sauerkraut is where the action is and the cabbage in quite tasty.
