This explains why my Red Blood Count and Iron levels shot up after I was able to get rid of my H pylori. I always had low iron levels for a male and normal B12 levels. The doctor was confused why RBC and Iron was always low. Now I have an answer. Thank you !! In case anybody is wondering how I got rid of it. I took two weeks of antibiotics plus garlic, honey, NAC, mastic gum and broccoli sprouts. I threw everything at it. Been tested negative twice in last year.

About 10 years ago I ended up in the ER after several months of extreme stomach pain and anemia. I was covered in bruises, and so weak I was passing out at work. Of course like many who received little help, they said I had gastritis and sent me off with nothing. No plan, no meds. I got fed up after and started researching before finally deducing that I had H Pylori. I put myself on a strict diet of only a few items that I read wouldn’t feed the bad bacteria for several weeks, and effectively cured it. I wish I had this video back then, I would have cried happy tears for a solution. Thank you for doing what you do. That was a traumatic time, and I’m sure you’re saving someone else from it.

@@beasty007 feeling cold craving ice, feeling weak or becoming tired easily and shortness of breath are all very common symptoms of anemia. If you eat a couple ounces of organ meat or red meat if you don't like organ meat and have a glass of lemon water and you feel better shortly after, chances are you are anemic and the iron in the Organ meet plus the vitamin C in the lemon water which helps you to absorb the iron help add iron to your body and remove those symptoms temporarily.

Vitmin c helps so much ...which is also in cabbage juice and cabbage juice let sit for a few minutes till its stinky is amazing. Also good for joint pain. Nigella seeds and manuka honey are also amazing. And gentle on the tummy. Unlike vinegar which can be harsh. My iron stayed low despite the horrible strong tablets the doctor gave me I started taking about 2 100 mg vitmin c and a less strong vegetable iron which was easy on my tummy floridax...when I stared taking it I felt I wanted to drink the whole bottle by the end of the second bottle it tasted like rusty nails and I knew my body had enough and sure enough my iron levels had finally gone up. Also walking and skip rope jumping to stimulate the bone marrow to make more blood I feel helped me too. Hard to know. Good luck. Trust your body and your mind.

Thank you, Dr Berg. In our family’s case, tests didn’t show H pylori, only colonoscopy did which was recommended due to persistent unexplained iron deficiency anemia with not acute stomach issues. Declined traditional treatment, used naturopathic treatment including: GI Revive powder containing zinc Black cumin seeds with honey - 3 times a day (there is a study showing its high effectiveness against H pylori) Daily juice with greens, cabbage, carrots and broccoli sprouts No bread during treatment Omega 3 pill Home cooked food rich in iron every 2 hours which helped with persistent nausea and low appetite We saw great results after about 6-7 weeks Wishing all great health. Sorry to ask, but when you say black cumin seeds do they look like small cumin or like black sesame seeds. Having been a retailer in the spice trade, a lot of my customers used to get confused with black cumin and black seed, from which oil is derived. My iron keeps getting very low and don't want to be going for all sorts of tests to cause unnecessary stress. Being on my own now it's difficult. I would like to try this what you recommend.
@nailas7786
@nailas7786 8 ай бұрын
@@SR-cz5yy Please also consider eating broccoli sprouts (a handful) per day in addition to black cumin seeds with honey. Stick to it for 30 days. This is good for H pylori. However, if your cause of iron deficiency is something unrelated to H pylori, you may need to pursue some other route. Though black cumin and sprouts will unlikely hurt. Also, eating organ meats especially liver (preferably beef) really helps with iron levels. Wishing you the speediest recovery!

Morning Dr. Berg. This video has given me hope again. I had an endoscopy back in the summer 7/22 and was diagnosed with H-Pylori. The treatment was 14 days triple therapy 2 antibiotics and a ppi. After so much research regarding the drugs prescribed. I refused the therapy to this day. I just knew I could get rid of HP the natural way. I'm over 55 and has never had a health issue. I've lost so much weight and muscle mass. I didn't even notice the weight loss as if it happened over night. I look so sickly😔. I'm a naturalist, fantastic health I thought. I simply have a difficult time mentally taking pharmaceutical drugs. I did most of the aforementioned for 2 months, even a spoonful of disgusting horseradish a day. I felt really fine😊 no more dull aching feeling in my tummy. I just knew I eradicated the bacteria. Tested again after many months later. H-Pylori is still hanging around. I felt awesome for several weeks. I felt normal again my appetite was increasing then the dull aching feeling in my stomach came back to this day. I keep starring at these bottles still refusing to give in *Metronidazole, Omeprazole along with either Doxycycline or Tetracycline* I'm going back to Natural Grocers this morning 1/23. I'm going to give it a helluva shot this time around for a longer period of time as you mentioned, for four solid months. Wish me luck this go around.

Please understand that this video is not simply "how to treat anemia", but how to try to treat anemia if you have this bacterial issue. If you simply need more iron in your diet, you need red meat. I encourage you to search the video " Iron Deficiency ANEMIA Solution (Absorption Problem Resolved) 2024", that way you can hear this from a doctor and don't have to take my word for it, not that you were going to. :) P.S. I know your comment is older, but I also know that once we've suffered from some kind of deficiency it's something that we will always be thinking about, so if you haven't already treated the cause of your issue, or if you are treating it in a less-than-optimal way, I hope the other video will help you. I used to take Iron and B-12 supplements and, after I switched to an animal-based diet I stopped taking them and my doctor never suggested I take them again, and I can also view my lab test results and see how everything that was too high or two low became balanced when I cut out everything that is non-essential, which is probably 80%+ of what most people eat.

Things started to get worse, when I tried Epsom baths, I got too alkaline and found out I needed sulfur. I prayed to God to show me the solution. The next night I dreamed I was walking down a street, passing a pharmacy and all of a sudden a nun (haha) came out of the pharmacy holding a bag with fresh raw sauerkraut in her hand, handed it to me and said "This is the solution". And boy, it really was. I eat raw unpasteurized sauerkraut every day, have my B12, probiotics, Vitamin K etc. and will do this for the rest of my life. Fortunately I live in Austria, so I get fresh sauerkraut in every supermarket, it is very popular here. I always say I could not live in a country (not even go on holiday to a country) where there is NO SAUERKRAUT!

I had a very bad case of pylori and was prescribed the typical treatment of 2 antibiotics and an acid blocker for 2 months. It did not work, and pylori came back. Thankfully I came across an MD who was also a naturopath and he recommended a treatment, which did work! More often than not, the antibiotics are not a permanent fix. Also, pylori is contagious and runs in families. If a person gets treatment for it but their partner does not, they will probably catch it back from their family. Really, the entire family needs to be treated.

My doctor's always brushed it off as being a woman. Yep , copped out. One physician get put me on iron in my 40s non-flushing niacin and that was a disaster. It wasn't the lack of eating red meat or organ meat because my dad was a butcher and I ordered me regular. It's that I've always had an upset stomach because I'm allergic to bread or we I should say I didn't know it back then and wasn't diagnosed with diabetes until my 30s I'm in my '60s. I would test it 28 which is way too low. Why do I have to be in my '60s for someone on the internet that is a physician to give me the information I need. 🤦🤦🤦🤦 Some of you are reading stating the fact that there are decent doctors out there but I am so disappointed and disgusted why so many that don't give a flip to get to the bottom of anything. Is there a difference between anemia and pernicious anemia? My 82 year old mother has some kind of anemia, so about a year ago they put her in the hospital for it to get a blood transfusion. Afterwords, she felt better. Now she’s starting to have the same symptoms again, weakness, shortness of breath, no energy and they’re talking about giving her more blood again? Why wouldn’t they give her iron or b12 or something? Although she does take a lot of vitamins. She also takes quite a few prescriptions including Nexium for heartburn which I know isn’t good. But she won’t listen to me about it. She got an ileostomy about 25 or 30 years ago. Unfortunately, she eats a lot of junk food and it seems like every time I turn around she’s on antibiotics for something. I’m very concerned about her. She believes everything the doctors tell her. I need real help for her. 😔

Well, well, well. That sounds like me. I'm constantly with anaemia and b12 problems, and the gut. In my country, they don't bother with tests. People are so ill, esp when older, because so many conditions are ignored until they are severe. They ignore me, because i react strongly to b12 meds, taken in any form, and iron meds don't help. I have a lot of deficiencies very often. I took some probiotics with wormwood last year, and my gut felt so much better. Thank you, Dr Berg!

It's funny that I'm learning more information about the causes of anaemia on KZfaq than from real- life GPs and MDs. I've had low iron on and off for over 6 years now, critically low levels of iron, yet the only advice my GP can give me is 'just take the iron tablets for a month or two and they'll return to normal'. What about actually delving into the root cause of my iron issues, as opposed to just prescribing tablets every other month to deal with the issue? As it turned out, I became my own investigative doctor over the course of the last month, and as well as taking the iron supplements, I began to research the effect of a high sugar diet and stress with low iron levels. This was after years of researching various diets, such as low meat and vegetarian diets, and working out whether my lack of red meat consumption was the direct cause of my anaemia. It turns out, doctors are so, so quick to point to the obvious causes of low iron- i.e. lack of red meat, heavy periods etc, but in my six years of attending doctors appointments about my iron, not ONE doctor ever asked me about my sugar consumption. Don't get me wrong, I'm not diabetic or anything like that, I have very normal blood sugar levels, but I have a diet very high in sugar. A doctor who truly knows about the link between sugar and low iron or just studied correctly should have at least bothered to ask about my sugar intake. Yet they did not. Turns out, sugar and stress are the two key contributing factors to low iron. To me, after all of these years of searching for answers as to why I had low iron, I finally found some clarity and this gave me huge relief. After all, if it was JUST heavy periods that caused low iron, every woman with a heavy period would be iron deficient, yet only some are. Of course, it can be a contributing factor, but it's not something you can directly change or work on as a female. You can't influence your hormones in that way. Yet you can control the amount of sugar you are consuming. This is going to a challenge for me. I am a highly anxious, emotional binge eater and have been my whole life. Whenever I'm stressed, I've been told the advice to reach for something savoury like a carrot, but really, who wants to eat the carrot when they're emotional? I know I get much more pleasure out of eating chocolate, and in fact, probably have a chocolate addiction as well as a binge eating disorder. And that is really tough to overcome 😢 The thing is.... I'm trying to work out at this stage what is more important to me. Do I want to be tired all of the time, have no energy to drive most days, low energy, out of breath and with a weakened immune system for the rest of my life because I simply couldn't get my sugar addiction under control which lead to chronic anaemia? Or do I want to have energy and vitality, get my stomach working properly again and able to digest the iron in my foods, by giving up sugar? I think it's going to weigh in the later's favour because I don't want this issue affecting me for the rest of my life. Shame on those doctors who couldn't identify this issue sooner- I think I could have been living a happier and healthier life if someone had just told me this earlier.

@@iss8504 Because it’s more alkaline than the stomach acid, that’s why you get reactions from drinking too much of it if your stomach has already barely enough acid in it. I suggest you check the ph level of kombucha and compare it with the ph of a healthy stomach acid. ❤

@@iss8504 That's a symptom of removing toxins from the body, not of allergic reaction to kombucha, actually. Anyone sensitive can start with a tablespoon and work their way up. Histamine reaction to kombucha is extremely uncommon, but if you have it it is an indicator of a lot of old very established toxins finally mobilizing to move out, so it's a very important part of the process. It's of course also important not to drink more than 8oz since it's a caffeine source and most people drinking kombucha are self-medicating for adrenal disorders, which are exacerbated via caffeine.

What about Turmeric? I've been dealing with H. Pylori and my research continually pointed me to turmeric as one of the most effective treatments due to its anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. I've also seen stress listed as a potential cause of H. Pylori gaining strength due to the mind-gut connection. Do you have any thoughts on that?

You want to get a high-quality sensitivity test before going too far with that - Alletess is the best one I've used by far and the only one I'd recommend. Many of us have sensitivities to so-called antiinflammatory foods simply because the body reacts in unnatural ways now that we are in unnatural ecosystems. I did turmeric for a long time and wondered why it wasn't helping since I eat very cleanly. Turns out I have a sensitivity to it and it's an inflamer for me.

Mr. Berg, it is not only an H. Pylori infection, which can be healed with Bismutsubgalat, the reason of Anemia. There is also the German illness, which is a bacterial infection which I forgot which bacteria it was, that can cause the same. It can be healed with antibiotics too. I always say never use antibiotic tablets always use antibiotics through venes or injection.

Bacterial conjugation is the transfer of genetic material between bacterial cells by direct cell-to-cell contact or by a bridge-like connection between two cells. This takes place through a pilus. It is a mechanism of horizontal gene transfer as are transformation and transduction although these two other mechanisms do not involve cell-to-cell contact. I often worry about taking probiotics before the harmful microorganisms are removed due to these mechanisms. I don’t want h pylori, ecoli, strep transferring genetic material to what’s in my probiotic pill. If they even survive my stomach acid. My doc claims many people with histamine intolerance and mast cell activation often have problems tolerating ferments and probiotics. What have you seen in your patients?
