I am a Pfaff gal. I use a Pfaff Creative Designer machine and A Pfaff 4 thread serger..also have an Elna 3 thread serger and I recently inherited my late MIL's Elna machine..I adore your channel and all that you do!!

I did fancy having all three as Pfaff machines but they worked out quite a bit more expensive. I do love my pfaff x

You have such a nice set up for your machines. I rarely use my overlock because Is a pain to get it out and set up. I don’t do clothes sewing so it’s not as important. If I had it out I’d probably find more uses for it. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Ellie love your sewing tools. It has been awhile since I last made myself something on a sewing machine. I recently started again and decided to make masks. I enjoy all types of crafts including knitting, crocheting and cross stitch. Knitting occupies most of my time these days. Enjoyed watching your video.

Thank you for the tour! I love seeing what other people use. I have owned a cover stitch machine for 2 years and have been intimidated to try it. I’m going to give it a try :)

I have a pfaff creative 3.0 I’ve had it for 8 months I’m in love it dose everything I also got a an older sewing Machine for bulky heavy fabric like blankets and stuff singer 15- 125 potted moter in love and I also have a bernette funlock 006d serger it’s identical to your juki o got it used for 200 dollars and it was barely used I was thinking of a cover stitch how do u like the funlock ? I was thinking of getting a combo serger overlock or a juki 1500 cover stitch it’s similar look of your juki and I like it because I can store it and have enough room on my table I have a very small corner for sewing so I need to be able to put it on a self when not in use

I really like the fun lock. It did take a while to get used to using though. I have never tried a combination one though x x

Thanks Ellie. If you did not have your coverstitch machine how would you do your hems on stretch fabric tops?

Before I had my cover stitch I used a twin needle on my normal sewing machine. It makes a stretchy hem. Not quite as pretty as the cover stitch but it pretty much the same effect x

Hi Ellie. Would you mind showing how you overlock in the round pleas,e? I noticed your overlocker has the cutting widths marked on the side. That's very useful. Mine doesn't have that but I'm going to DIY it. X

Oh yes, I will do that today Anita. It may not go up until Monday though. The markings on mine are not all that useful as they are not that clear anyway x

i ve pfaff pasport 3 , juki mo 654 de and i m serching for coverstitch machine :D Are you happy with bernette? this is the one of my options

Yes I am really pleased with it! I have only ever had this cover stitch machine myself but it was a great price point. So much less expensive than all the other ones I looked into. I have had no problems with threading or anything x
