Build it, build it, I’ll take your old one because you’ll never play it again lol You do some much for the community, all the free videos to inspire us. I wish I could make you one as a thank you.

When you hit the low E, it won my heart. The sonic timbre platette of this guitar is just amazing. You didn't say the scale length or nut width used. Its a work of art visually and sonically. I would be proud to own and play one. The wood combination with your artistic craftmanship gives a wonderful dry yet pristine notes. When you broke it down the bass sits in the pocket balanced and musical. Round bass notes that are musical. its a guitar beautiful to look at yet its begs to be played more than just looked at. The sonic relationship of all the strings creates a harmonious beautiful voice. I would want one with the same wood and tuning. Thanks for sharing.

Freaking crazy beautiful man. Both the guitar and you'r playing (and your beard). Love to tone woods, clean fretboard, and slotted headstock, oh and the saddle is unreal... I have a Gibson J-15 with walnut back and sides and it too has a crystal clear "crisp" tone that I love.

Yeah, that one is a beauty!!! Sounds just as good as it looks. The percussive texture on the low end is what grabs my attention. It seems like that range can get muddy and loose its snap on a lot of guitars.

Lovely build, Chris. It’s so nice and refreshing to see custom work in a guitar without a cutaway. I too am partial to Claro. It’s stunning to look at and totally a perfect compromise between mahogany and rosewood. This guitar will record beautifully. My preference would have been either a nice cedar top or sinker redwood but the cooked Sitka has it’s charm as well. Get back to work dude. You got people waiting on you!

I'm listening to all this with mid-range earbuds and I'm still gobsmacked at the sound this guitar kicks out. Rich and punchy, with full-throated bottom end, and a top end that sounded sweet to the ear, yet authoritative. Tons of sustain and resonance which likely points to the quality of the woods, bracing, joinery, and the finish. The finger-style riffs you played sounded..."saturated". Not sure how else to say it. I imagine this would be one of those guitars which when played makes your rib cage resonate with it. Funny that I found this video tonight because I was wondering earlier today about Claro walnut as a tone wood. I hope to hear how Claro does with a cedar top. Don't get me started on how much I love the appearance!

Wow, when I order from you we're gonna have to talk about this wood combo. I just took home a new guitar yesterday specifically because I loved how dry it sounded. I also love the lack of abalone. If I was ordering today I'd be your second zero-abalone customer. I like minimalistic ornamentation that is preferably all wood. Honestly, modulo the inlay, this is practically the perfect guitar for me.
