Its clearly haram because its made to be intoxicating. Although alcohol is removed you cant rely on what it says regarding how much is removed, also rest of ingredients have been in contact with it. You can enjoy a drink without having this rubbish, just have ginger fermented drinks or something natural, healthy and tasty like that. Its like eating a stir fry that was made with pork, then someone took out the pieces of pork. You would not eat it still as the pork has been in contact with the rest and thus made it all dirty and the food has lost its purity. Same goes to non alcoholic beer.
