In the rear tran axle on a scout 4. It looks like a worm drive gear it's broken where can I get 1?????

Thanks! I changed the control module just like you and I have the same problem. Light is off, scooter won’t move. Any more ideas?

Where did you get the new control module?

I have a drive scout DST 4 wheel scooter, just replaced the batteries brand new ones. But the red light still flashes saying to check the connections on the batteries. A friend will be checking that tonight for me . Any other tips you could give us that might help find why it won’t move ? It was brought bak to me from Florida, had only been used very few times , looks brand new . It sat for 4 years, but was plugged in for a day and a half , then was taken for a short ride because the batteries didn’t hold much of a charge . It was parked and brought back to me ! One guy said it needed a new motor, but another said he didn’t believe it had been used enough for it to be the motor. I don’t have the $700.00 dollars for a new motor that the guy said it needed, was just hoping for some tips to get it running , some different things to try !! I’m looking at a major back surgery in a few months, so I would appreciate any help you could help me out with! Thank you ! Deb

Hi can some one help my battery is definitely ok but when a turn key for power the light is just flashing green won’t move do I need same part you put in dc motor thing ?

Mine takes off just fine but only goes about 1/2 block the locks up then I must sit there for a 45 minutes or so then it’s work just long enough to get back home and locked up again????????
