Anyways, a trade school, KZfaq videos (I recommend Chrisfix in particular, but simply searching up whatever you want to do will likely bring up results), you could just consult somebody who knows how to do all this such as a local car enthusiast, or you could always just go to car meets and ask around and make friends, or join a car enthusiast discord or Facebook. There are a lot more ways you can learn the basics, and none of them are never an option!

Ajosay Beats nah I'm all self taught. Best way to learn is to just start tearing stuff apart and figuring out how it works, and why. Once you get a good grip on that, it's all easy. KZfaq is a great resource for learning!

You can turbo any car, it will cost roughly 5,000 to do it properly with all the supporting mods.

The head and turbo setup from a Toyota 3sgte will bolt right on your engine.

That will work if the engine is out of the car, or if you're using a smaller turbo (7670) but due to firewall clearance on the Evo X, it needs to be disassembled. The compressor covers on the EFR turbos are large, and won't fit between the valve cover and the firewall.

You don't need 44mm waste gates on this setup, because of the twin scroll design, 44mm waste gates are way over kill.

If you sneeze on these engines they’ll need a retune… of course you need to tune for new turbo!

Jonathan Enamorado Well the short answer is yes. You can turbo and truck, car, tractor, your lawn mower... Whatever. That said, that's an impossible question to answer, since you likely have so many different options on how to go about it. I'd recommend going to some forums for your car. Chances are, someone somewhere has turbocharged an M35, and posted information on the internet about it. Just Google and read, read, read.

Purple Jello There are usually specific kits for different engines but there are plenty of universal kits. You can always make your own kit too.

This turbo kit only fits the Evo X platform.

I don't believe so. You'd need to know if any of the turbo's components interfere with the rest of the engine parts. Some times minor adjustments need to be made (trimming, rerouting) to accommodate the turbo. You can't tell if you assemble it with the engine removed.

Aspire Python Not at all. The Mitsubishi Evo X this kit is for is already turbocharged. Your ram obviously isn't, so you would need a turbo manifold and exhaust, a secondary fuel pump, adjustment to the timing, different plugs, oil feed and return lines, coolant feed and return lines, intercooler and all custom piping, etc... Not to mention you absolutely have to get it tuned. Your truck needs to know it has a turbo, so the ECU can actually make use of the power plant you've given it. It will technically run without a tune... But to avoid it blowing up, you should tune it right away.
