I consulted my sister and she agrees he should probably be in it but we can't agree on what role he should play! Maybe after Mr. Krabs (as Jacob Marley) comes to visit Squidward, the Dutchman could appear to drag Krabs kicking and screaming back down to Davy Jones' Locker? Full, of course, of Davy Jones' stinking gym socks!
