I tested it without sun gravity, the car starts spinning like nuts before the obligatory instability occurs, having sun gravity hold it in place causes the torque to literally twist the car into itself. Freaking crazy.

@burner1one Its rotational velocity. Think of it as a miniature vortex. One that angular velocity hits a certain point, the object will start to gain a gravitational pull causing objects around it to be pulled towards it. It slight, but if you're getting the rpm's that engine would need, it would be equivalent to the earth's gravity just on a smaller scale, at least according to the games preset programming. In reality it probably would do a thing. That's the best I got.

17:31 The torque of the engine caused it to rip itself from its mount! Ha! Also...that is a turbocharger. A supercharger is what sits on top of the engine, typically driven by belt. The older hot rods with the intake on top of the engine usually indicate a supercharger.

The reason cars don't have the middle of the spoiler is because that the air coming over the roof of the car is turbulent enough that it doesn't generate more than about 15%-20% of the total downforce. So in order to keep the airflow smoother and more stuck to the cars surface, they cut out the middle, keep most of the downforce, and make the air smoother

you got to match rev Drae, less kick to when you shift gears. Also Draegast, look at the RPM meter, it says number, then in the center at the bottom, is says times that by 1000, so the RPM is the number given on the meter multiplied by 1000.

For reference, 15kmph is almost orbital speed at the ground. EDIT: that means that the earth would curve away from you as fast as you fell towards it, which would mean you would be in freefall, and feel weightless. Also, beamNG needs shock-heating effects like KSP or something.
