Yes, that is how it goes in Asia. At first it seems overwhelming, but no, it flows. I don’t agree with the commenter you need to be super agressive, just take your space, and a bit more if needed, and just keep going, fluidly. Everyone does.

I've been there and honestly, I don't know where this idea comes from. You will notice, if someone is a girl, or a guy pretending to be a girl. But, if someone were to be a fan of the man, there is not only one, but THREE roads where you can explore your fandom. All three are shorter roads than this one, but very similar in what they offer.

yeah the 1st person 1 take video idea is great. it make us viewers have a much more immerse feel as if we're actually having a stroll ourselves. just pace it out enough so that we don't feel tired and it'd be great. p/s: on a side note, even if it's extra anxiety during traffic stop, some of us still like it. those who don't, they have a choice of skipping until the interesting part in their hand. it's give the viewers much more freedom of choice.

I took a Thai driving license written test and this was one of the questions: When pulling out from a side road onto a busy road you should (a) quickly pull out in front of oncoming traffic (b) slowly creep out in front of traffic to let them know you want to enter the road (c) wait patiently till there is space in the traffic to pull out safely Want to guess the right answer? I put C and I was wrong. I had to retake the test. The correct answer is B!!

@@DiaperSNiFFER it's about extreme cases of gridlock, you can't wait 2 hours to merge at an intersection. Obviously the zipper rule works best, but there is no guarantee drivers will obey the zipper merge (e.g. selfish), in Europe zipper merge functions pretty good, from what I've read on the web there are many complaints that drivers in US do not observe it that much

Accidents are too common here to have molded fenders, when a motorbike hits me, then takes off lol I can unbolt the damaged fender and replace it with a new one much easier.

Definitely like the 360 for the "one takes." A couple of thoughts while watching this one. Sidewalks? Sidewalks can be deathtraps, watch where you're walking at all times. Baht bus if you are the only one on it will take you anywhere if you give them a bit extra. That truck didn't cut you off, you were nice enough to leave him room to squeeze by. Dang, I sure miss Thailand, hope airfares come back down.

That was actually Soi Yodsak, where City Hall used to be, a lot of people call it Soi 6, but if you find an old map or plan of Pattaya, Soi 6 is actually the road parallel to it on the right of where you drove, actually behind the shop houses on the right. Soi Yodsak was a private road (like Patpong in Bangkok). I haven't been there for 20 years, but I used to live in Soi 4. Maybe it's been adopted as a City Soi now, but I am going back in time when all the beach sois were 2 way, and Soi Yamato was sand.

Great ride through Pattaya. Driving in Thailand is "go with the flow". You get in synch with the traffic. And yes, be very attentive at what is going on in front of you. @@MrAsddasdasda Yes, it's illegal in a lot of countries to drive barefooted or with flip flops because your feet can get stuck on the pedals and cause a crash apparently.

Flip Flops are dangerous but barefoot isn't bad at all you have very good sensations for the clutch etc
