i drove 18 wheeler on that highway and garbage trucks and my 1966 gt mustang all suped up 300 horses-----70 mph hardly had to touch the gas peddle to keep it at 70 mph lol

That is an HOV lane (high occupancy vehicle). Only cars with passengers usually 3 or more are allowed to be on that road if you're caught with less you can get fined by police
