In this video I take the 1949 John Deere WB AF (All-Fuel) over to a field on the dry farm (non-irrigated land) and back. The tractor does get a load applied to the engine while climbing the hills.
Sorry about the transmission whine--I've tried various oils and such to try to reduce it, but as far as I can tell from reading online, it's common with these old tractors and if they do it then there's not much you can do about it.
The BW All-Fuel for the late styled Model B tractor is somewhat rare. According to Mr. Thinker's Almanac, only 814 Late Styled BW All-Fuel models were produced.

That is nice country, really nice tractor. Growing up we never had a tractor with a cab. It was cold and hot, umbrellas are a game changer. Thanks for Sharing

Back when farmers had a say in Washington DC. Of course 15 or so percent of the population was working on the land and a pretty good number of people were working to support them doing jobs like building that tractor. Back when a 12 year old boy was doing a man's work. That's what made America. Thanks for posting. Nice tractor. Beautiful country. . I have a 46 B.

That does make sense where it's a smaller engine to have a higher RPM (similar to the M, as @randyscott8660 mentioned). I just wish the tranny wasn't so loud so you could hear it better in the video.

I see the front wheels wobbling back and forth, but I can’t see the steering wheel. Could your steering gear be loose? Nice country, tractor, and video!! I have a 1951 BW. Yakima hitch, live hydraulics, water pump, and tachometer/ speedometer.
