Not much really, just how you end up positioning the vehicle to end up getting a perfect reverse. My instructor has a red mark drawn by a pen on side door just under the window. Where you align the car with the line, that one really helped

hi Steve, another great video. i understand you have other parallel parking videos but im sure someone watching this one might be confused with how you parallel parked, i dont think you described enough on your positioning and when to start turning for the perfect parallel parking like you've shown in previous videos (over shoot parked car, reverse then turn once youre in line with their mirrors etc). other than that great video

Thanks for the feedback. In real teaching situations, our instructors report that learners make mistakes with the initial approach and lining up where turning doesn't make any difference. To mention the number of turns and at which point to turn may confuse people if they undershoot the desired starting point, because it's not going to work. Also, I believe that people can see when I turn and when I make slight adjustments (in this video). Cheers for sharing your thoughts 🙏

Hi Instructor, if I was to do a Parallel parking and there was a car behind me on a straight one way road, where the behind road users can’t overtake a vehicle?

You would do it qiickly to avoid holding up traffic. In the driving test they mark flow in any situation, parking, exrcise left something behind etc

Do I need to indicate when reversing left or right or even going straight? I saw other learner drivers do that, but my instructor told me no. I just want to confirm this as I'll be taking my PDA tmr, thanks!

@@Ethan-pb7vf Yea I did lol. Barely passed in fact. Fortunately I got a good assessor coz she said she passed me on her own discretion. I think I was just 1 small mark away from failing and she closed a blind eye on it.
