The intro is fire! I am glad to be able to learn more about the different 7 fundamental movement patterns because I recently started working out again in a while and using the information that was talked about during the video will truly help me be cautious of my stance when it comes to weight lifting. I have back, neck, and knee pain from doing certain exercises, and I don't want to hurt myself more, so knowing the different types of fundamental movements provides me a good foundation of what is a good workout by doing correct exercise techniques!

This video is top notch and the intro is awesome! I love the emphasis on the mind-body connection in all movements, but specifically with focusing on the upper back musculature to drive your elbows straight back when performing pull-ups. I also appreciate the important reminder to incorporate more functional movement patterns into a training routine because that's what we use in our everyday lives and the approach is about both strength AND conditioning!

I liked how the video was very detailed and which muscles that are engaged in each movement. Especially putting down the purpose of each movement would help me make sure I hit every muscle group each week!
