Dr. Joe, if you make a distinction, that in order to heal, one will eventually must give up their negative behaviors such as: being evil, manipulative, harm others, etc., you will get less followers. Because not everyone is interested to give up being evil in lieu of healing. You will get less money (but still rich), and a bit sacrifices (e.g. give up control, let people shine), but you will get closer to your mission.
